Liam arrived on time and was bright and bubbly. He got on straight away and informed me of everything that he did. Will definitely use this service again when needed and will recommend!

Being in a wheelchair i needed a mechanic that would come to me.The car was serviced by David. Company did what i asked for. Nothing to complain about.thanks

My experience with ClickCarServicing has been really positive and straightforward.
Very little hassle, the booking process was simple and the service I received was convenient and efficient coming to my home.
Liam was very friendly, professional and efficient in giving my car a full service.

The only thing that I would say could be improved is the payment system in providing a confirmation / receipt of payment when paying before the service is carried out.

CCS do offer a discount if you pay before the service, which is a nice touch.

Avoid this place at all costs. I booked a Full Service and a free Summer health check to be carried out in the morning. However, the technician didn't arrive until 15:40 and left at 16:19. I don't believe they did much more than simply replacing the oil and filter, even though the Full Service is supposed to include 40 checks, and the Summer health check should cover 25 points. What's more frustrating is that I've been asking for reports for four days in a row, and they keep telling me I'll receive them the same day, but I still haven't received anything. Their repeated false promises and lack of follow-through are incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable. I even asked for a refund, but they are blatantly ignoring me. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Very unhappy with the service provided. I am due a refund and was advised it had been processed. However no sign of the refund and after chasing for over a month, communication from Duncan has now stopped. Very disappointing and extremely poor customer service. I will continue to chase for the money I am owed.

I had Darren as my technician today, he was honest and very helpful and fast and did a thorough job, very great full. He is the only technician I will have in the future.

Excellent service, was initially late but had forewarned me of this by communicating during the day and well before the allotted time.

Josh's communication was great! From letting me know he was due to arrive early to walking me round and explaining the work needed for my car to pass my MOT. I felt he was genuine and have confidence in the service he carried out for me. I have a follow-up appointment to carry out the needed work which was booked there and then too. I felt the prices were genuine and reasonable.

I had a great experience with this company. From the moment Darren arrived, he was friendly and knowledgeable and kept me updated every step of the way with the necessary repairs. I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about using them.
