Had my partners vehicle serviced and i am extremely happy. The mechanic was polite and very informative
Shocking - NEVER USE THEM
Shocking! No words can describe the incompetence of this company. Work was to replace 4 brake pads. A job that I could and should have done myself. Works cancelled on the day by them. Re-arranged multiple times, 3 times turned up with wrong pads. Final time, turned up and operative boasted how great they are and that I should always ask for them. Next day, clunk noise from car, turns out calliper not done up and again wrong pads fitted. Refused to provide refund and stopped even answering emails.

Sadly, I've had the same experience as many other users. I am still waiting for a refund on oil I had to buy after a technician didn't complete my service properly back in February. The photos I was sent weren't even of my car! Plus sweets were left on the passenger seat. I eventually had my service completed in May (and that technician was good). My husband also had his job cancelled and hasn't had the money back. We've both sent countless emails to CEO Duncan Rowe, whose emails are so poorly written it's hard to understand them. After researching today, I'm looking at making a formal claim for the money as I genuinely think it's the only solution left. Avoid at all costs.

Most of those companies are dissolved and/or stricken off, then re-opened under a different name, but same director and managing director (Duncan Rowe)
Terrible. They ask for up-front payments, then cancel the service and then don't issue refund. I wish I had read the reviews on here first. But because they trade on bookmygarage, I thought they were reputable traders, which they aren't. You can absolutely not get anybody competent on the phone, only receptionists, who pretend to put you through, but every single time, it either goes straight to voicemail or the person is currently busy with "another" client (always too busy for you). They promise somebody competent will call you back on the day, but nobody EVER calls back. They reply to 1 out of 5 emails, but with no true solution, only false promises.
Update:
After making a small courts claim, which they obviously never replied to, I was forced to request a County Court Judgments for Debt (CCJ). 2 days later they FINALLY refunded me the money they originally owed me (bare in mind, this is 2 months after the appointment was cancelled and 3 months after my original payment to them), but not the actual claim amount according to the court order, which includes court fees and interest, so my claim is still being kept open.
Another update (one day after last update):
They (Paul Cummins) emailed me. If "they" are unfamiliar with this issue - how do they know my email address? They contacted me on an email address unconnected to TrustPilot, but the one the service was booked from - asking me to remove my review). Telling on himself !!
Wants me to remove my review, but still won't pay the outstanding court debt, not even offering.

Where to start... This company used to run under the Click Car Servicing banner and have changed their name several times to avoid being caught with their scam
They are fraudulent and will not carry out any repairs or servicing to industry standards their technicains hold no industry accreditation . They do not pay their bills, they do not pay their staff and you will not be able to receive a refund for inadequate work. They are currently being investigated for falsifying loans.
Of the Directors they both are fraudsters and one was charged with attempted murder in a domestic setting. So last people you would want to welcome anywhere near your home or workplace.
Please take note of this warning and AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Booked a service yesterday for engineer arrival between 8 & 12. They shown up at 12:30pm which is fine. Started my service and part way through advised they couldn't fit one of my filters due to a worn bolt and they didn't have their screw driver.
Told them not to complete the service and rebook. They advised they would complete the service and an engineer would come back and fit the filter this week.
Still had no servicing document through and I was advised that I'd get this and they will make a note advising a return visit is required.
Messaged them on WhatsApp and still haven't had a response in regards to my document or revisit.
Paid by bank transfer, wanted to pay via card but the engineer said the card payment link was down.
If they still to their word I'm happy to update my review but at the moment I've paid for a full service I've not received and no report.
Update: I've had my report but I've still had no date for a return visit to fit my final filter despite chasing this on several occasion's. I've contacted the motor ombudsman who advised they cannot deal with this complaint as this company is not accredited to the code of practice so avoid! The MO have provided me with a new channel to resolve my complaint.
Started fine went downhill fast
Everything started fine when I booked a service for my electric vehicle. Service was done but technician said he couldn't complete the computer reset and I would need an update from VW. I did this and they sent a technician to reset but still no joy so in all fairness they agreed to refund me.
This however was 2 weeks ago and despite numerous chases still no refund and now no communication.
So overall especially if you have an electric vehicle I would say avoid.

I found a very good local Mobile mechanic in the end to service and MOT the car.
I would say do not touch this company if there was option of 0 stars that’s what’s they would be getting.
Avoid! Awful, stained my drive, no remedy, customer service
Awful! Avoid! I chose them for convenience however it has been anything but.
The mechanic was unable to reset the oil service light, and left a tyre warning light on, telling my partner we will have to go to the dealership directly and blamed my car software.
I was sent an invoice for an interim service, but I paid and had a major service carried out. They did resend after I emailed in the correct invoice.
Damage to my drive - the mechanic spilt oil and told my partner not to worry it will wash off in the rain (we have had plenty of rain it's still there and he didn't put any spill kit down or attempt to clean it on the day)
Having chased 3 times, they eventually sent out a mechanic to reset my oil light but he wasn't told he needed a diagnostic machine so turned up without one, therefore was a wasted trip)
Yet again after chasing up a couple more times, they sent out the mechanic a 3rd time, still not able to turn the light off and not able to clean my drive so over 1 month later my drive is still stained.
(Worth noting I ran automotive garages and vehicles rentals for 6 years, and never had an issue with resetting my oil light when I had my own access)
I was offered a free interim but I expressed I won't be using them again and would like monetary refund. Complete Radio silence and I'm now having to chase up again.
I also complained through official channels, and have not had a response. 11th April was my service and no resolution.

I had an incident in Central London 26/04 rush hour traffic where I was indicating to pull into the left lane and one of their van drivers sped up beside me and gave me a mouthful of abuse only then to sit in a long line of traffic at temporary signals. Reg No MM23YAV

Had a starter motor fixed by this company and the service was shocking. My fiat would not start and the so called mechanic came out repaired it and still would not start. Booked them again to get the problem diagnosed and after 3 visits and £200 still could not repair the car . Got a local mechanic and found out these cowboys had fitted the starter motor WRONG! It was damaged after they fitted it and it cost me a new starter and repair. ASKED for a refund for over a year and the cost of the replacement . At first they communicated with me then went quiet.
NEVER pay up front for a job with this lot and don’t trust them they are unprofessional.
