As a first time customer i am more then happy with the service provided chris was very professional and informative i will definitely be using clickcarservicing again

David came and serviced my car at the time he said. When he came I just needed to hand him the keys and leave him for an hour or so. Got a report at the end with photos of everything he done and a stamped service book.
First time for us & the last
First time for us & the last ! Booked service & mot - time slot 2-4pm. Declan arrived 4pm! Very politeCarried out service from back of his BMW! Strange we thought missed mot slot & left saying boss would ring in half an hour. No phone call.
Next morning used the Chatbox facility to ask about mot & was advised would be re scheduled the next week! MOT would have been out! Refunded for MOT
Strange experience all round !
Paid 151,10£ for a full servicing
Paid 151.10£ for a full servicing, Chris was assigned to me.
Time slot: between 2pm and 4pm but showed up at 5:32pm minutes after I complained via email (which I've never got a response).
I watched him work from my apartment window which I saw him top up the windscreen washer, change the air filter then the oil filter and he finished the job by changing the oil. There's 40 number of checks and he checked 4 in 45 minutes (in my work place we call it a cowboy job).
I was expecting a Timing belt report and advise to when to change it (never got it)
And the brakes state (which I did get) but how was that possible if he didn't check it, even the picture I received from the report can't be open. It was super dark on my parking bay the whole job was done with the phone's flashlight in between him stopping to send text messages.
Honestly whoever is in charge of the company needs to have hard talk with the mechanics because we are paying for a service sometimes in advance (which was my case) and we should get the service we paid for!!
To whomever is reading this don't pay for this service go on YouTube and learn how to do it yourself, you better off like that.
Do not book this company
Do not book this company, I would have given 0 stars if i could. The mechanic Daniel decided to service my car and steal my mid undertray, and leave the other undertray hanging so car is undrivable. Ive contacted the company many times and no response, finally got a response and shown video footage of the mechanic taking the part, and then no reply again from Paul cummings the managing director. Bunch of crooks the whole company from top to bottom. Avoid at all costs!!
Great if they turn up
So having used this service previously without any problem for a service had remedial work/MOT booked for the last day it could be done as couldn’t get the vehicle booked in anywhere locally. However nobody turned up and there was NO communication. Eventually I got a telephone call from a technician apologising that he hadn’t phoned to reschedule! (This was after a text to previous mechanic who was great - no telephone contact possible and no chat option or reply to urgent email)
The work is now rescheduled (let’s hope they turn up) but I can’t drive my car for fear of a £1000 fine!! It’s just fortunate we have another vehicle - and no click car servicing there is NO grace period!! 😠
Great service thanks
Worse customer service ever
I recently had a highly frustrating experience with ClickCar Servicing that compelled me to share my thoughts in this review. The service I received was nothing short of a nightmare, marked by poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a complete lack of accountability.
My ordeal began when, on the day of my scheduled repairs (06/12/2023), I received an email from Duncan Rowe, the Managing Director, stating that they couldn't attend due to personal issues with their technician. While I understood that unforeseen circumstances can arise, what followed was a series of mishaps that left me deeply dissatisfied.
Firstly, the rescheduled appointment on 11/12/23 was marred by communication issues. I had to initiate contact to learn about the technician's arrival time, and even then, the technician was almost an hour late. The repairs, involving front lower suspension arms and rear pads, were not completed as promised. A snapped bolt during suspension work left the job incomplete, and I was told the remaining work required a garage visit.
To add insult to injury, attempts to communicate with ClickCar Servicing about the delayed repairs were met with vague responses and promises that were never fulfilled. The situation escalated to the point where I requested a refund for the incomplete and subpar service.
While the refund process was initially approved, it was plagued by delays and miscommunication. Multiple emails and messages were exchanged with different directors, including Duncan Rowe and Paul Cummins, who seemed to pass the blame between the garage and the bank.
The final straw was when Paul Cummins suggested that the issue lay with my bank, claiming they hadn't received the payment. Despite providing evidence of the transaction, the blame was shifted back to me to obtain a "Payment Confirmation ID" from my bank, a request that was both absurd and unprofessional.
In conclusion, my experience with ClickCar Servicing was a complete letdown. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to take responsibility for their mistakes have left me thoroughly dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to reconsider using their services and caution against the potential headaches and frustrations that may follow.
Very reasonable easy service
Very reasonable easy service. Nice chap. Will be using again 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
No Show
I booked an engineer to carry out an interim service. He messaged to say he was running late and we agreed another time. However, he failed to show up at that new agreed time.
I had pre-paid for the service and am now struggling to get that refunded.
Absolutely awful
I booked my car in for a 40 point Major Service on September 28th 2023
The mechanic that attended was called Chris. After he had completed the service he informed me that I needed brake pads (front and rear)
I asked him what needed to be done with the car horn- Chris asked what was wrong with it. I knew he hadn't tested it because it wasn't working. The car horn was on the 40 point check list.
Chris said he didn't know what was wrong with the horn (I knew it wasn't the fuses because I'd had them tested) so he rang a friend for advice. When I asked him to check my tyres he informed me that he didn't know anything about tyres. He said he had never worked in a garage!
Chris sent me a new invoice with front brake pads (not the back pads) and the horn repair.
The report sheet said that the horn had been checked and was GOOD It also said that my all 4 of my tyres were 0.6mm - They couldn't have been because I had 2 new tyres on and 2 old tyres.
The next morning when I drove to work my car was making a funny noise, like a whistling sound. When I got out to check the car over I noticed a loose flap under the car. I contacted Chris by Whatsapp and he said I just needed to push the flap up. This would mean me lying on the floor and getting under the car. I wasn't prepared to do this. I wanted him to come out and check the car over as I didn't know where the noise was coming from.
I contacted Duncan Rowe (Operations Manager) at 1030 am and he said Chris would be with me asap.
When I mentioned the incorrect information on the report Duncan said that this had occured due to the form being on auto-fill. He said he would get me a new reort if I required one!
What is the point of a report sheet if it auto fills? This is supposed to be proof that I have had a major service done on my car- but its not accurate!
Chris didnt turn up until after 6pm! He fixed the flap under the car. Duncan had said that Chris would also have a drive round in my car for 10 minutes to see if he could hear the strange sound. Chris was not very happy when I passed the message on. He said he was sick of Duncan telling other people that he would do things for them.
When he returned from the test drive Chris informed me that he thought I had a hole in my exhaust. Why had he not noticed it the day before when doing the service? The report said my exhaust was GOOD.
I wasn't very happy with the service I had received, so I messaged Duncan again and asked if I could have my car serviced by someone else, as I didn't feel it had been done properly. Duncan said that he would contact the owner of the company for his input. 4 days later Duncan emailed me to say that Chris had apologised - he said he was having an off day. He apologised for the stress and inconvenience and as compensation he offered me a free interim service as a credit for the future. I refused this offer as I just wanted the service I had booked to be carried out correctly. I won't be using this company again!

Great Service
Carried out different level of services on both my cars. Communication prior to coming was excellent and so was the ease of booking and paying. Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Best of it was I didn’t need to move from my home and avoided the upheaval of rearranging my day around a garage. Will be definitely using again.

Very convenient to have a mechanic come to the house. Darren was on time and friendly and got to work efficiently and tidily. The price was much more competitive than the garage quote I was given. I will use again should anything else need replacing on my car.
