booked a full service for the 28th…

booked a full service for the 28th March but got a phone call at 1930 on the 28th telling me the technician was unable to make it ut he would be here to do the service on Sunday 31st at 4pm .
He turned up at 4.10 pm your technician knocked on the door at 5.05pm tell me he had finished. I'm no expert but I know that a proper full service takes longer than 55 minutes. There was No wheel bearing check or Road test, No greasing to hinges or anything like that No external lights check (as my nearside head light bulb went.on Saturday so i removed it to get another one today ) which was not.picked up on At best your technician did an interim service I didn't look like he did an interim service as he only did about a quarter of what should have been done and its all recorded on Ring Doorbell . I am taking the car to a reputable garage to check if a full service has been done I know it hasn't) i am taking this further

DO NOT USE

I pre-paid for a Service & MOT. The mechanic turned up, completed my service and then said the garage had cancelled the MOT so the office would be in touch to rearrange the MOT. (The mechanic also said it’s fine to not have an MOT and he’d been driving around without one for about 6 months - cowboy)

I then reached out as I’d not heard anything - at this point they said they do not offer MOT only visits and so would refund the amount for the MOT - which left me in the lurch to get an MOT before it expired.

The refund amount stated was £15 less than what was quoted in the initial work and that was 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t received any form of refund and my emails are being ignored.

Absolute scam of a business.

Do not give this company your money

I paid upfront for a full service at £183, which was cancelled due to staff sickness, which I understand is not their fault, they apologised & promised my refund up to 48 hours. 5 days later and still no refund, just a load of lies. I’ve used this company before but with a cost of living crisis they should be more helpful trying to refund. It wasn’t my fault yet why can’t I have my money back? It’s disgusting

AVOID FOR SAFETY REASONS

AVOID FOR SAFETY REASONS Car left in dangerous condition following servicing and brake pad change. Wheel nut not put back on which could have caused a serious accident. Replaced by another garage at a cost. Requested refund of additional cost and was told this would be paid, but has not been received despite chasing a number of times.

Still waiting for refund after several weeks

I booked a MOT and full service and paid in full but cancelled the next day as I received a better quote elsewhere. I have contacted this company multiple times for several weeks with promises that they were chasing this for me and still haven’t been able to obtain my refund. The process has been very frustrating!

Interim Car Service/Oil Change

Used this company for the first time and was a bit wary after reading some of the reviews. Chris arrived as promised at time arranged and he was excellent, he was very polite and did a great job very thorough and clean service. Would definitely recommend and I will use again for future repairs. Thank-you Chris

I wish I could give a negative star as…the communication is poor and the job is not complete

I wish I could give a negative star as they don't deserve one star!!

Clutch replacement: mechanic was late, no apologies... work was going later into the night causing concern with my neighbours. Discussed with the mechanic who said he can return on the weekend, advised him that I had an MOT booked for 1400hrs and was assured the work would be complete. 6 days on and the car is still in pieces on my drive and I have now missed work!! This job was paid in full before it started and the company will not reply to any attempts of my contacting them. So frustrated with this. Avoid at all costs

Excellent service!

First time using Clickcarservicing and I was very impressed. David messaged the day before to let me know when he would be arriving. He arrived promptly, serviced and MOTd the car and all I had to do was answer the door hand him over the keys. I’ll definitely be using them again for my service and MOT! Thank you!

Disc and pad replacement

Daniel was excellent. Arrived within time frame communicated. Had discs and pads replaced in an hour. Also diagnosed issue with rear brakes which were squeaking and advised me to return to the garage that did them. Would use again.

I found this company via facebook and…

I found this company via facebook and have never tried having a service and MOT at home. Chris was my mechanic he turned up when he said he would and completed the servie and the MOT checks at my home. He took the car to the MOT and she passed :-). within a few hours it was all done, very happy and will certainly use again

Do not go anywhere near this company

I had booked an appt for mot and service of my car, I had read great things on the website and expected the convenient efficient work. I asked for a morning appt and explained why via email.
The 15th Jan arrived and I was told the appt was 1600 so I explained again and was told he would get an earlier appt for the next day.
The 16th Jan came and by 1400 I had not heard a thing. While waiting for my child at 1600 I was told they were on their way. I then explained that isn't possible. I emailed the office and was told the next date was the following week. The technician Liam texts to say he will be here 8am to 10am, great. But then he arrived at 11am with no communication. I had emailed prior to say a headlight bulb needs changing. When I spoke to Liam he said he will cancel the mot as it will fail, why didn't he do it? so I believed a service was done but we will speak of that later.
I emailed to get the mot booked and was given the 29th, I chased up and was told the technician resigned so nobody was coming. The next date was 1st Feb and nobody arrived. I emailed and had a reply 11am saying they couldn't get an appt. Why not tell me before? Now my car has a day left after I had planned a whole 2 weeks of mot date.
I then get a lovely local garage fit me in to see the car. They did the light bulb. They also found tyre wear not consistent with the service record, corroded brake pipes, and the best is the condition of the brakes again incorrectly documented.
I am fuming that I now have my car overdue awaiting parts entirely down to this cowboy company. I expect a full refund and serious investigations need to take place.

Awful company Avoid at all costs …

Absolutely disgusting company i would rate zero stars if i could, i booked my bmw in for the front breaks pads replacing in December 2023, the engineer was due to arrive at 14:00 and didn’t show up until 2 hours later at 16:00, the engineer (Chris) then proceeded to spend 2 hours smashing my break callipers to bits resulting in excessive damage and paint chipping to the callipers, he then informed me that he was unable to get the callipers open to replace the pads and that he had called his work colleague for assistance, back up arrived in the form of a black bmw laughable really, after 4 hours finally the job was complete to then find they hadn’t replaced the break wear sensor and the warning light was still on the dash, I complained to duncan about this experience and that the job hadn’t been finished off, he arranged for chris to come back a week later, chris arrived ( late again) and proceeded to replace the break wear sensor this still didn’t fix the issue. At this point I further complained to duncan the manager via email this went back and forth to no avail, he has now down right started ignoring my messages, i have had to pay a bmw specialist to inspect the work and get this sorted his words exactly what a absolute disgrace of a job) i am now down 100s of pounds because of this idiotic company, please stay away at all costs

Horrendous experience

Horrendous experience. Booked an MOT. Received a confirmation email and a reminder two days before the date. No mechanic arrived on the day. The money was already deducted from my account. Unbelievable rude emails sent to me by the operations director. No refund yet
