Very happy with this service from Darren- friendly, efficient and convenient.

Speed of service was excellent. I booked the night before and Darren was here the next day as promised. All works carried out on the drive and no mess left behind. Darren was very informative and professional.

Great service - came on time and fitted new brake pads and discs, all while I was working from home. Zero hassle - will definitely use again.

This company should be avoided due to their poor car service and inaccurate diagnoses. The technician assigned to my car was untruthful and lacked experience, as he was unable to properly fix a brake pad issue. Initially, he provided false information about his name and claimed that my brake caliper was faulty because he did not know how to loosen it. However, after several hours, he miraculously fixed it. Additionally, he falsely stated that my rear track rod needed replacement and suggested booking the service to resolve the brake pad light on my dashboard. After a few days, I received a new quotation stating that it was actually the front track rod that needed repair, and the price increased significantly from £300 to nearly £700. At this point, I decided to take my car to another garage. The new garage discovered that the technician, Liam, had improperly fixed the brake, resulting in the brake sensor issue. Furthermore, there was nothing wrong with my track rod; it was another falsehood from Liam.

The best aspect of Click Car Servicing was their mechanic Darren who communicated well, and performed only the required work and not what was not necessary. I felt he had honesty and integrity and I trusted his knowledge, skill and advice.
Can also say it was very convenient to have my car repaired at home.
Also found that their prices were very favourable compared to high street garage prices. Just don’t be afraid to query invoices. The only reason I took a star off is that the follow up that I had hoped for from the office after my first visit did not happen and I ended up chasing them to get the work completed .

On time, kept in contact regarding eta. Darren was very professional, efficient and service done in no time. Would highly recommend and will use the service again.

Darren arrived at the time he confirmed and carried the work out quickly to a high standard. I normally get work done at my local garage but I have to get a taxi back and forth so the convenience of having it done on my doorstep can’t be overstated - fantastic job and will be using this service again

Great work from Darren, quick and efficient!

A guy called Liam arrived on the booked date. He left the car with the air duct completely broken and no oil and oil filter been changed. Liar. So, if you love your car, stay away from this company.

Booked in for a major service and free winter health check. Darren was very polite, friendly and professional, kept me up to date on arrival time. Very efficient and got on with the job straight away, told me of any issues after and that I would get a quote sent for anything that needs fixing with no obligation to book in with them. Efficient service. Received a text the evening before to confirm arrival time. Engineer was polite, professional and did service in good time. Advised of potential issue and a quote would be sent for work if I wanted to use them for it. Not pushy at all. Would use again and will likely use them for new brakes.
