Darren came out to do a diagnostic test and fix an issue with my car. He was very friendly and professional and did a great job. Was very convenient having him come to my house instead of having to drop off at a garage, I would definitely recommend Darren and will be using him again for any other issues.

Terrible service from start to finish - arranged to have brake discs replaced on advice received during a service. Was contacted the morning of and told that they didn’t know the make/model of my car (despite having done the MOT/service) and they would need to look at it before they could source them. I arranged an AM booking but the guy called me in the morning and said he couldn’t arrive until the PM. I said this was fine but I was unavailable between certain times, which of course, he arrived between. Told me he’d take a look without me, go to source the discs if possible and then contact me later that day to arrange them being fitted. That never happened. I managed to contact the technician the next day and was told that the brake discs I originally was told needed replacing weren’t that bad and it was the other pair that needed replacing. I asked for a quote be sent to me asap. I heard nothing back for several days despite repeated emails. I then sought additional advice from another mechanic who told me my discs didn’t need replacing after all! I subsequently cancelled but as I had prepaid, I had an absolute nightmare trying to get a refund from them. Several emails went unanswered over and then I finally got through to them on Live Chat where I was told my emails had supposedly gone into Spam, which was very hard to believe. Finally received a refund but no after a significant amount of time and trouble trying to contact them. Avoid this scammy company at all costs.

What a wonderful experience it was having our car serviced and brakes done by Darren. He is a total superstar. I had been concerned about using a mobile mechanic as we have always used a trusted local garage but after our experience with Darren today he will definitely be our “ go to” mechanic for any future work on our cars. The price was excellent and the whole experience from start to finish was first class.

Great and really easy as I couldn’t easily get to a garage

I’ve just had my car serviced by a lovely man named Paul, from the beginning he was very professional but also spoke me through the whole process. After the service he thoroughly went into detail about everything and gave me a great understanding of a few small jobs that needed carrying out which was to be expected as I’ve not serviced since I’ve brought this car. He didn’t try to push any extra sales on me after doing the service. He just provided a honest and reliable job and my car feels brand new. All done at the comfort of my own home as he travelled to my home to carry out the service. Will recommend and will definitely use again.

Brilliant service, great advice and helpful

I had Dan come out and complete an interim service on my vehicle. Could not fault him what so ever, quick, efficient and best of all a good bloke. Had a chat after and give me a few tips and things to look out for when my MOT is due etc. All the way from Durham on a Friday afternoon as well! Safe travels Dan!

After reading some reviews I was dubious about using this company. I had no need to worry. Communication was excellent leading up to the appointment, the night before I had a rough time slot given and on the day I was informed when the mechanic had finished his last job and an eta to my location.
Job was completed without fuss and I was able to carry on about my day whilst it was bring done.

After giving a good review I take it all back the guy Chris gave our van an intermediary service and vehicle check over for travel to france said good to go with 70% on brake pads then 3 days in France brakes went absolutely metal to metal so had to fork out €840 to replace them.plus he wrote milage down on certificate 25000 mies less than actually was on the clock. Also sent wrong diesel filter but said ours was fine so I would get £60 refund and 3 weeks later still waiting. Will never use or recommend this company again.

Liam made this whole process very simple and put me at ease. I was dubious about this and I had never had my car serviced outside of a garage. The emails sent before hand do seem too good to be true, offering money off. However Liam arrived on time and had kept me up to date of his eta. He was polite and friendly and the report provided afterwards is very good.

Liam came to service my car this morning, he called the night before to advise the time he will be coming. Arrived slightly earlier than expected which helped with my work schedule. Completed the works in a timely manner and was very polite. I was reluctant when first booking in the job as hadn’t heard much about the company but will definitely be using them for future jobs!
