made an booking for a service,i emailed to chase appointment was told enginer cannt come out, rebooked for the next day again i emailed for an update again i was told enginer cannt come out again and was asked to reschedule for a week later. i asked for a refund its been over 2 weeks and im still watinf for a refund. poor communicaton.

Couldn’t ask for a better service
Couldn’t ask for a better service. Have been let down in the past but click car servicing have been fantastic since I have started using them two months ago. Darren is incredible. Came out to fix my alternator and could see an issue with my electrics so fixed that for me aswell and reinstalled my radio when he didn’t need to. Made sure everything was running perfectly and didn’t leave until he made sure all error codes were cleared. Constant feedback throughout the time he was here and always great to have someone come to your house to fix the car. Would not go anywhere else now. Can not recommend this company highly enough as garages have messed me around but these guys have fixed any issues I’ve had instantly. Will continue to use click car servicing for any issues as they cover everything. Very happy customer.

Lack of communication
Booked an appointment for a major service a little over 3 weeks ago. Due to happen this morning, received a text at 10am to advise unable to accommodate today, customer service will be in touch. No way to speak to anybody via phone/ live chat is an email. Pointless function!
Wasted a days annual leave and now have to find an alternative garage.
Don’t waste your time and use a local garage. The ease of having a home appointment simply isn’t worth it.
Nearly three weeks on still no sign of a refund. Likely have to request a chargeback via my card provider. Avoid at all cost.

Absolutely awful service, booked early in the week for Friday at 1pm. Booking confirmation received, then nothing. No call, no email and no mechanic!!!! Wasted £130 as had to take a day’s unpaid leave….. emailed and called but again no reply….. don’t waste your time, money or effort

AVOID this scam company
AVOID this scam company. I hired them to do the major service as I had a busy week ahead and they were slightly cheaper than others. I later found out with the help of CCTV footage that the so called Technician only completed 1 job out of 60 as promised and paid for(Mojor Service). He extracted some of the engine oil and topped up with God knows what. He pretended to change the filters but in reality he did not even change any of the three. All this was captured on the CCTV. Just imagine if I had no cameras there. Avoid if you love your car. I am still fighting for my refund.

*I wouldn't usually write a review but I feel I need to warn anyone thinking about using this company. It seems like I have been scammed.
I booked a full service & MOT for Wednesday 30th August, all seemed fine at first as Chris the mechanic turned up on that day but that's when the problems started.
Chris explained that the MOT couldn't be done that day due to illness (not sure who was ill) but I understood and let him crack on with the service.
On to the service: Chris explained he couldn't change the air filter due to a fixing used on my car but he would be able to do it when he returned Friday 1st September when he would come back to do the MOT. (never turned back up & still waiting for some sort of contact)
He mentioned he didn't have his stamp to do my service book or his diagnostic machine to be able to turn the servicing light off.
So:
NO MOT to date - Nobody will speak to me or answer my emails
Service not complete or stamped
My car is now without an MOT & unable to tax it.
Stupidly I paid the full amount as I received a text to pay while my car was being serviced.

Booked them for an interim service. Tech arrived i assumed they carried out the service and paid online.Next day mis fire on the engine with EML illuminated ,they sent out another Tech about a week later.He asked what Tech had completed the service , i told him, and he stated that he had spent all day sorting out the problems the first tech had caused. He checked the oil and said it had been overfilled,he removed the oil filter and it was old,he drained the oil and it was old.So the interim service by the first tech wasn't done. All they had done was to overfill the engine with new oil,and damaged my engine.Took the car to a VW/AUDI specialist who inspected my engine and the compression was low on cylinder four this is a cause of overfilling engine with oil, cost to repair in the thousands.So i have ended up selling the car for alot less than it was worth.Trying to get any decent response from click is near on impossible.They just ignore emails and you can't get through on phone,i would consider them Rogue traders. All of the above is just a summary of all the issues i have had with them.
