Clinical partners were a lot quicker…
Clinical partners were a lot quicker than CAMHS and we finally have our diagnosis. The call required a lot of examples of at home and at school- so be prepared to have answers. Finally happy we have our diagnosis because we like everyone have been waiting a long time. Thank you
Excellent Support and Care Throughout My Son’s Assessment
I was very happy with Clinical Partners and the support they provided during my son’s assessment. The team were very patient, understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. Positive Experience- Adult ADHD Assessment
I have so far had a positive experience with Clinical Partners, and felt like my ADHD assessment came around quite quickly. The communication and use of the patient portal was good, and I especially appreciated the professionalism and approach of the nurse assigned to assess me. Thank you for everything so far.
Very disappointed
Very disappointed, the report was sent 3 hours after the assessment which indicates as computer wrote it, I was notifed that transcribing takes place during the assessment but its clear the whole process is AI, very impersonal. I am making a complaint as I feel a decision was made before the assessment. Would not recommend
