Although the wait was long, the doctor was amazing. He spent as much time as we needed helping us understand. He put my child first and actually saw her rather than just speaking to us.

An excellent experience. The process was not overwhelming and the online interviews were conducted in the most professional way; putting us at ease at all times.

Absolutely great wait time was over the estimate at the beginning of the referral but other than that brilliant so easy to complete questionnaires and the assessment was brilliant too the lady who did the assessment for my daughter was kind understanding patient she explained everything and listened to everything we had to say . Excellent!!

The information provided prior to my appointment was clear and helpful. I did have to ring for some advice and that too was helpful and informed. At all stages what to expect was clearly set out. At the start of my appointment/interview everything was explained, and I was made to feel comfotable and not rushed.

The service was beyond expectations. response time was perfect. From the point of consulting my GP to my meeting with Dr Asif, was about a month.
My first point of contact was with a really lovely person - he did gave me his name, but I didn't write it down and forgot :-( . He was understanding and lovely to talk to and helped allay some of my fears.
There was time to prepare, without being rushed but I wasn't left waiting for weeks which would have made me anxious.
My meeting with Dr Asif felt positive. I am normally shy, but I felt at ease , so much so I didn't stop talking , but I was redirected and brought back to the point in question.
Dr Asif was patient and took time to explain the outcome , and possible future interventions.
I was pleased when he agreed meditation would not be of benefit to me - I'd already reached that conclusion myself.

I'd highly recommend this service.

I was in an assessment with Adil Bhaloda and can honestly say that it was a fantastic experience with someone genuine, caring and respectful.

I have been waiting for years to get to the bottom of issues I have been facing, and today have finally reached a verdict, with a diagnosis of ADHD.

I highly recommend using Clinical Partners as they have been nothing short of amazing. I know how challenging it can be to take the steps to get assessed but I would suggest that anyone with suspicion of ADHD contacts their GP and ask for Clinical Partners assessment, as they can quickly and effectively change your life for the better!
The response time was a lot shorter than expected and I have to praise Adil on his approach as he was brilliant with me, especially when I got upset/overwhelmed with the verdict.

Don't be afraid, Clinical Partners have your best interest at heart. I would highly recommend!

Was informed from the start that there might be a year and a half wait list. Communication was excellent! The assessment happened just after a year. We had a lovely lady who did the assessment and made us both my daughter and myself feel at ease. The report came through quickly and was very detailed. All of the online stuff was user friendly and the online portal is great. Thank you!

I had an ADHD assessment with Clinical partners today. The assessor was very insightful and very invested in gathering all the necessary information for the report. PGCert IP Fabiyi created a comfortable and safe space to talk about life experiences and was very supportive throughout the assessment. Thank you so much.

The nurse that assessed me was very helpful and knowledgeable. She managed to keep me at ease.

This company have put me through hell for the past month and still continue to do so whilst claiming they care and understand. They request information urgently, to be able to solve issues they caused, for said information to sit rotting in an inbox somewhere.
Having been settled on medication since April, I'm now going to be without medication due to mistakes which were not my fault. The apologies and claims of understanding are false because they can't possibly understand what it's like to feel "wrong" for 37 years,and then finally"normal" and able to function with medication. If they truly did care and understand they wouldn't still be dragging this out and would be solving their mistake in a timely manner. This is not what I expected from this company. Sadly my daughter is also having similar issues and her life is on pause until she gets the go ahead for medication. Again the delay isn't her fault as she has already been waiting 14 months, but was told by 3 different people at Clinical Partners that she didn't need an ECG when of course she did. They received the ECG results over 2 months ago and still leave her hanging, promising someone will be in touch soon but calling her by the wrong name, so now she doesn't even know if they are talking about the correct patient. What is actually going on? And do you ever plan to solve the situations myself and my daughter find ourselves in through no fault of our own?

The nurse we spoke to “Harriet Williams” was amazing. She spoke to my son very empathetically and even asked him questions in a really nice way. She was professional.

Once the forms had been returned, they was very quick at arrange the appointment which was in the same week. The clinician was very informative, friendly and kind. I was so nervous before but she put me at ease, listened to what I had to say.
