Not knowing if I was helping my child or what I could be doing right.
the Dr who did the assessment was brilliant ,
Very impressed with the whole process
Clinician was very understanding of our concerns regarding the assessment. She was very thorough, patient and supportive. She made the whole assessment a very positive experience for my son and myself. Cannot praise the whole process from start to finish enough!
Clinicians are great
Clinicians are great, friendly staff and have helped me loads to get the medication I needed, however the phone lines take absolutely ages to get thru , you email them and they quote a 10 day reply time.
Great service overall but you need to put more people on responding , whether it’s phones or emails

Very professional personalised and really felt we were listened to. Thank you for such a smooth process with steps to help us all the way!

It took too much time (almost 1.5 months) to arrange the appointment after triage: this might be due to the fact that the processes for those with co-occurring ADHD, ASD, and depression may be too complicated or unclear. The specialist (or their secretary) I encountered seems to be unfamiliar with the difference between body dysmorphia and gender dysphoria. Nevertheless, still worthy of four stars for the prompt amendments, responses, and overall professionalism.

Good service
Waiting times were a bit long, but they can't help that I'm sure. Staff were super friendly and polite, and they helped me answer a lot of questions about myself! Received results in a timely manner after the assessment too!

It was easy to do and professional made my assessment not to stressful.
Long wait for meds
Very easy process to get an adhd diagnosis. However I can’t come to terms with having to wait 8-10 months to be medicated. I’m struggling with knowing I have adhd but I’m unable to have anything that helps for quite a long time. I do understand that this is just how it is, however 2 of my friends have recently gone through another company via right to choose and both received their medication after a week.

Very helpful assessment from Elizabeth Fabiyi. Very clear questions were asked and they helped me remember a lot things throughout my life that showed signs of my diagnosis
Good experience
Fast wait time compared to other services and interviewer was very friendly and patient, communication is clear and they are very helpful.
I would recommend
Very professional & friendly experience
Very professional, yet personal, experience. I was very anxious before my assessment but Elizabeth made me feel so comfortable and at ease the whole way through.
I would recommend this organisation as they were brilliant from their first communication with me. Really lovely, kind and experienced staff and clinicians. Feel hopeful for the first time in years. Thank you.

The Clinician had a brilliant understanding of the condition and was very patient and empathetic. Although that being said Zoom and ADHD together aren't a great combination and it was difficult to hear the Clinician a lot of the time due to my son's condition
