THEY ARE A SCAM
They try and cover up the scam by saying we’re a small business and that’s why no one’s receiving their orders.
I ordered back in April it’s now August I emailed back in June requesting a refund and that was ignored. They’ve also turned off their TikTok comments where other angry customers were rightly accusing them of being a scam.

It’s such a shame because this could be an amazing business but due to lack of organisation I view them as more than a scam than anything

Can you please provide me with your order number so that I can reach out to you directly? As we currently only have a first name to go off and we receive hundreds of emails each day.

Due to the high number of emails we receive each day, we are in the process of expanding our team to get emails responded to much quicker, as we know it’s frustrating to wait and it is resulting in reviews like this one. Negative reviews are super damaging to small businesses and as a team we feel heartbroken that we didn’t get it right on this occasion.

Regarding delays with getting orders out, we’re a small team growing a slow fashion brand, orders have been delayed due to going viral and supplier issues which are out of our control. We have been sending these orders out as quickly as possible and have employed 2 members of staff to help with this.

The extremely low prices of our products reflect the way in which we do practice. Our products are mainly mystery boxes and sometimes we do not have all sizes in stock, which can mean waiting for your size to come in stock. But we do prioritise orders by date, meaning oldest orders get sent out first.

We have had a delay banner on our website for some time, along with ‘pre-order’ product descriptions, explaining that we cannot get your order out straight away.

We would like to remind you that we are not Amazon, we’re a tiny team going as fast as we can whilst still trying to provide a quality service. We feel as though with the amount of emails we’re receiving despite the delay banner on the website that we must choose between providing a quality customer service experience OR quantity and just replying to as many people as possible but not really solving the problem. We want to provide the best customer service experience possible hence expanding our team.

We want to change any negative connotations of our brand and fix any issues. If you could please get back to us with your contact details so we can speak privately it would be appreciated.

Absolutely abysmal

Absolutely abysmal.
I had to email numerous times as I had no dispatch email, even though the beginning of July deadline had passed.
Emails were initially replied with a standard 'we will be in touch within 3 days, our founder has covid' poor lass has had covid longer than anyone iv ever heard of.
Eventually got a direct reply, and subsequent dispatch email the following day.
I received the order today, And the designer mystery box has an item missing.
No joy with emails to them.
It's so annoying when you see them banging on all over social media and they treat customers like this.
Avoid at all costs.
Spend a bit more money and go to a reputable company

Don’t waste your time & money!

I placed an order with this company based on their social media profile and loved the concept.

The original estimated delivery date was missed and when I followed up with them, I got a generic ‘we’re so busy’ email.

I gave them a bit longer as they are a small business and I believe in supporting small businesses.

Then they sent out a mass email from the owner, apologising for ‘ducking up’ and that they’re working hard to rectify things after being let down by suppliers.

Again I let it go as I want to continue to support a small business.

The kicker comes when they post a new video showing them doing a photoshoot for new products. I commented on their video saying that maybe they could consider fulfilling existing orders before doing photoshoots. And I was met with a response of ‘we’ve got other team members working on that’.

I comment again saying that answering emails to customers should also come before such activities too.

Strangely within seconds I get a notification that my order has been cancelled and a refund has been issued. I have also been blocked from viewing their account on TikTok.

They want consideration for being a small business but aren’t prepared to take all types of feedback into consideration and respond in a childish manner when they get challenged.

And it would appear that I’m not the only customer who has experience such a response!

Don’t waste your time and money, spend it with a small business who is genuinely engaged with their customers.

I placed my order over a week ago and…

I placed my order over a week ago and I’ve heard nothing. I’ve emailed and DMd the company and heard nothing from them. I can see tens of people who are in the same position as me, the company have now even turned off all the comments on their tiktok because they were getting inundated with people who haven’t received their orders from months ago.

Honestly just don't bother wasting your time, dodgy scam or rude and incompetent?

I was so excited to find this company, the idea they promote is great but the actual running is dire.

I ordered in April, they said they had taken more orders than they could fullfil, I was happy to wait patiently. That waiting went from 2 weeks, to the beginning of June, end of June, first week of July. All generic emails and no proper answers given. I totally appreciate they say they had a stock issue then moved house then covid but telling people they are rude for requesting an update when a company has had their money for 3 months is ridiculous. They are still taking more and more orders then complaining they can't catch up and people are being unreasonable.

I have been patient and friendly in all my correspondence but eventually requested a refund as they still couldn't say when they'd be sending orders. My bank card had expired since I ordered so I did ask them to refund via PayPal. I've had a generic email saying they have refunded me but no refund has been received or is pending - possibly because they are trying to refund an expired card, possibly because they company is dodgy as well as incompetent.

I've not seen anybody have a positive experience with them and the attitude towards people whose money they have taken is really disappointing. I initially wished them all success as the idea is great but now I just hope nobody else is scammed by them.

*Update my refund has eventually arrived.

I’m really disappointed to write this…

I’m really disappointed to write this as I know it’s a new company and standing against fast fashion. However, I placed an order in may, 8 weeks later no dispatch email, no delivery and the same generic copy and paste email from customer services. They have been blaming delays on a team member having covid which is the same email from over a month ago? When I ordered in may I was told to allow 2 weeks until start of June for my order which I was happy to wait, however there has been no update and no refund. When you go on their website you can still order despite being months behind on delivering orders and no warning.

Placed a mystery box order on the 24/5/22 and still haven’t received anything!! Had a generic email but that’s it!! Messaged them on Instagram, tiktok and sent them an email and heard nothing back!!!!!! They are ignoring everyone’s comments about orders on social media as well!

No communication, no trust, big disappointment…

It’s really disappointing to write a negative review but this company haven’t conducted themselves well at all. Customer orders from April still haven’t been dispatched, yet this company continue to accept new orders despite the huge backlog. When at checkout, no warning is given about these delays and no updates/ apologies have been posted on their website or social media. In fact, comments have actually been turned off on all their tiktok videos as of 15/07/2022.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the company to cancel and refund my order, no response has been given at all.

I would advise AGAINST shopping here as unfortunately they haven’t conducted themselves well and they’re robbing people blind. The lack of communication is shameful and the fact they’re still accepting new orders while being 3-4 months behind on current orders is unacceptable.

Until transparency, honesty and respect are shown, this company is NOT to be trusted.

I didn't want to post this because I…

I didn't want to post this because I know they're a new brand and very reasonably priced, However waiting three months and getting the same generic response each time I ask is a bit worrying.
I just want honesty.
I also don't like the sound of people giving a poor review and then cancelling their order. We want the products that are all, I want this company to do well. Just please respond and tell us where you are with orders. Mine is from May. I'm happy to delete it if I and probs others get a reply this week with an actual time line and them mentioning our order number in the email so we know it isn't generic

No order in 2 months

I haven’t receive my order in more than two months. Every time they email they give a new deadline. The most recent one was meant to be the end of last week, which also seems to have been missed. Every customer service email is the same copy and paste email that says they just moved to a new warehouse and that the founder has covid. This hasn’t changed in more than 2 months. So that can’t still be the reason? I don’t understand how they can be taking new orders if they are so behind on fulfilment for the previous three months orders.

I also was quite hesitant to write this review as the company seems to cancel the order anytime someone expresses frustration. I don’t want the order cancelled, I want the order! It would be good if we could be provided with a realistic timeline, even if that is months away from now, instead of a constantly changing and never arriving date.

Really disappointed.

Update: They finally responded. Couldn’t give a timeline for delivery and then refunded me.

The founder went on a long rant on Instagram about how everyone complaining is being mean to her. It’s not a great look. You didn’t get people what you said you would. They are allowed to be vocally annoyed.

Ordered in May still not received my order

Ordered in May still no order promised different dispatch dates every time I emailed they stated it would be sent out by the end of the week Still not received my order!
Makes so many excuses ie Tiktok moving house covid staffing issues
They should be honest and state they can not fulfill the orders
Shame as I never like to leave negative reviews especially for small businesses
However it really is a joke 3 months no order

Haven’t received anything for 3 months

I completely understand that this is a small business and that things happen, but this is getting beyond a joke now. I ordered way back at the start of April and have had no real updates on where my order is. Every time I email I’m met with the same copy and pasted response saying that they’ll be dispatched soon... this has been going on for weeks. Orders should’ve been stopped when you realised you were unable to fulfil the ones you’ve already got. I hate to leave a negative review but considering they’re still for sale on the website to be dispatched at the start of july (which is now) when my boxes that i ordered in april haven’t even been sent out yet im getting a bit frustrated. just super unfortunate since i really like what the brand stands for, it’s just been a very negative experience which doesn’t look good for the company. disappointing.

When we went viral on TikTok we received a huge amount of orders which is great as it means we can continue to offer amazing value for money, however I am the only person who processes orders. Because of the influx I have since marked the product which went viral as ‘out of stock’ to prevent getting more orders whilst I could catch up on the orders we had already received. In addition to this we have had to move into our very first unit which slightly delayed things. To top it off, last week I was very poorly in bed with covid. As you can imagine, I was unable to process any orders, I’ve been super frustrated about this too and very anxious because of the amount of emails we’ve received chasing orders etc. We did send out an email explaining the above situation, I also posted on Instagram and TikTok explaining the delays and added a banner to the website to advise customers. We also did turn on auto replies on socials which I thought may give those who were waiting peace of mind that they will receive their order, it’s just a case of being patient or alternatively I did offer refunds for anyone who did not want to wait.

I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had and would like to assure you that you will receive your order if you’d still like it, please let me know if you’d prefer a refund.

As you know, negative reviews can completely tarnish a brand and can make the absolute world of difference when it comes to people trusting us. If you’d be happy to remove your review I would really appreciate it as I am trying my absolute best, which has been difficult given the circumstances.

Busy business but emails from a human not a robot

My order didn't arrive however Laura replied to my email chasing it, explaining they'd been very busy and that lead times had changed. I decided on a refund which I did have to chase again, but it was sorted by Laura. I'm happy to see a small business trying hard to be sustainable and seemingly succeeding by being so busy.
