Hi Ben thanks for the review and feedback :) I’ve just had a look at your previous order and I seen that you ordered at 5.31pm on a Friday, our cut off point for next day delivery is 4pm, if ordered after this cut off point it will then be sent on the next working day.

Hi terry I checked your order and it was placed at 3.41pm on Friday evening which will have been a late dispatch, we always say to our customers please order before 3pm as gives the best chance of getting there next day but it’s not guaranteed, all we can do is dispatch the orders and then it’s down to our logistic partners to deliver the goods, Royal Mail operate Monday-Friday they do not do collections on a Saturday or Sunday so if it’s not delivered on Saturday it goes to the next working day on a Monday. I checked your past 19 previous orders and all of them arrived next day! we appreciate any feedback but I feel considering the circumstances a 2 star review is very harsh and is not a true reflection on the service we provide and the service you have been given in the past.
