How I wish have seen all this before…

How I wish have seen all this before taking my orders. I ordered for three (3) jean since on the 4th of this month ( more than two weeks) and have not heard anything about it, I even tried opening the site now but it’s not working. I sent them email, they didn’t reply to it. I think they are thieves, just to take our money😭😭😢😢

Never again order 4 pairs of shoes…

Never again order 4 pairs of shoes there all to small I've sent them 10 emails and they are not replying so I take it am stuck with the shoes don't buy off them

DO NOT BUY FROM CLOUDMAL

I ordered 1 top on the 27/8/19.
I received 2 emails with the same order number and when I checked my bank,I had been charged twice.
I contacted them by email and they replied saying they had received my email and would respond in 48 hours.
After a week I had heard nothing and contacted them again by email(this seems to be the only way of contact)..no response!!
It is now 12/09/19 and still no top,no refund of extra payment they took and no response to my email.

Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from them!

One word,never again.
Poor Customer Service,unable to cancel the order....
The price is not the one they provide on site and you not gonna receive your order.They just take your money for nothing.I learn my lesson on a hard way!!

I have placed an order but have heard…

I have placed an order but have heard so many reviews that I want to cancel it but theres no way of doing this. I'd ordered the same item twice by mistake but you cant talk to anyone about this. Iv since learnt that all orders come from America which means shipping will take weeks and weeks. Not happy!

I wasn't expecting anything good from…

I wasn't expecting anything good from reading the reviews!!!
But I have to say the dress and trainers I ordered arrived today.
Look exactly like the pictures,took about 2 weeks to arrive. Which is about what they said.
Only thing I will say is the trainers are a size 6 but more if a 5.
So order a size up in footwear.
Will be ordering again

Ordered and paid for 2 items. One is still sitttng in customs, i have tried contacted them on facbook. They have seen it but ignored me, i am very frustrated with the company. Quick enough to take my money but not deliver my items. Awful company.

Awful!!

This website is fake and nothing looks like reality. I have used them twice. First it takes ages stuff to arrive.The second item was faulty and damaged. Tried to email them about 3 times , sent pictures but no answer back from them. That s not professional at all. I feel disappointed and not happy about my experience with then.
Please do not buy from them.

Been waiting

Been waiting for two weeks for delivery all you get when you try to contact them is someone will be in contact in 48hours that is a joke .I have given up waiting on my delivery never use them again and advise anyone using Cloudmall is a joke

Disappointed

I was so excited when I saw this dress and i thought for this cheap price is too good to be true I was going to wear it for my wedding day,for the cut of the cake,arrived today but it's absolutely nothing like the picture:( I'm very disappointed,its not fair showing this beautiful dresses but they not the same as them and the quality it's awful,I'm just glad that I didn't spend much money on it,so please dont buy dresses
