Our Technical Support Department have already reviewed your case and the error you are facing is HTTP 404, which is Web Server error and is not related to DNS. Please review your web server configuration as advised by our Technical Support, as even using the IP address of your server followed by path (e.g. http://ip.of.your.server/path (http://ip.of.your.server/path)) we still get 404 error.

Very responsive service. Both for DNS hosting and for support. We have been with ClouDNS for about 3 months now and love the functionality and flexibility it brings to our DNS service. Support has been very responsive and helpful - both for DNS services and domain registration.

Not your usual review but more than worth mentioning in my opinion!
Fell for a phising fraud and my stolen data was used for a purchase at ClouDNS.
I reached out and expirenced nothing but quality service.
They immediately took hold of my case, had a few mails with Boyan Peychev the CEO, collected every needed infomation within minutes and solved my problem same day (took them about half an hour starting from my first message to their support chat )

Great supports, nice services, clear pricing
They reply to my support questions in minutes, unlike Amazon (AWS) and Google which you cannot even reach.
Their services are nice, they seem to have anything you need to setup your DNS infrastructure and more.
The pricing is very fair and straight forward, you don't see that every day lately.

Outwards domain transfers crippled…
Outwards domain transfers crippled caused loss of domains.
One .com domain stolen from my account during renewal process. Their relationship with ICANN iffy at best. At least ten such cases I have been able to get back from another registrar by paying $110/-. They have no such feature. Please don't forget that I've been paying for these domains for 4-5 years each and they still weren't able to charge the $110/- to get it back.
They have no approval link for the domain transfer process. Other registrar has that and therefore change requests can complete in a day. Theirs takes 5 days.
They sent a spammy .net approval mail which just changed the domain internally.
Please report the fact that outgoing is no ones strong suit, they should rectify as these are mission critical assets, DNS is.

Hello! We are unable to restore domain names on regular price when they are expired long time ago and renewal grace period is over. Each TLD registry charges different restoration fees and they are not under our control.
