Harmony RH corner set with rising firepit table- excellent quality and value
We bought from Club Rattan based on reviews and so far aren't disappointed! We bought the Harmony RH corner set with rising fire pit table; Communication pre sale was good, delivery was within stated time and courier contacted us the day before delivery to arrange. The furniture was very well packaged and secure. Built the furniture today and very impressed with the quality of it all. Some assembly is required, and instructions aren't much help! Just need some common sense to work it out , it didn't take us too long, a couple of hours max. It will need two people to assemble as it is quite heavy. We looked at many different Rattan furniture sites- some prices were a bit cheaper, but had a few issues on reviews. We looked in garden centres too, the quality was probably better but the price was out of our range. Club Rattan had what we wanted, the price was good and the reviews were all really good. So we took a chance. Very pleased with the furniture and the cushions are really thick and comfortable. My wife's hard to please, but even she is impressed with it!! Haven't tried the firepit yet, need to get a gas bottle, it is only February! I'll update the review when we get to use it! If your are undecided on buying, I really don't think you'll be disappointed with Club Rattans furniture. This set is perfect for our needs and hopefully will give us many years of good usage. One big bonus is the rain cover - i wasn't expecting this to be too good, but it really is!! Very good heavy material, so unlikely to blow away if secured with the buckles! and tie straps. And, it's separate covers for the firepit and the corner set meaning it's unlikely to sag and collect rain in it. Also has breathing vents in it. Very impressed for the price!

NEW Great resolution to our problem : ORIGINAL I must just be unlucky
Upgraded to 5* customer services kicked in, offered an upgrade that was in stock. We're very happy with the set that was delivered.
I must just be unlucky, but im not finding dealing with Club Rattan a particularly easy experience. We've had delivery date after delivery date including Christmas Day given to us, and now all the tracking links on our order have been removed. The only message I am getting from customer service is that all our deliveries are delayed. I thought I was buying one of two sets left in stock in the clearance sale. Well at least the cover was delivered, shame there's nothing for it to cover.
I just think their customer service communications need to imporve, every step of the way, it's me that has had to chase them for information rather than them keep in touch with us.
I am just hoping when everything finally arrives, its as good as everyone elese's reviews suggest they are.
