Great customer support
I bought a Rancilio Silvia Pro X from this company. The first machine unfortunately had some issues, but Katie in support was absolutely brilliant. She responded to my email within 15mins, arranged a collection of the machine for the next working day, and the new machine sent to me within the same week.
The new machine has no issues at all. Great communication throughout, honestly would recommend getting your equipment from this company. It's very reassuring knowing the support is there if and when you need it!

Excellent service. The whole experience I had from making initial order, receiving item was very smooth with great communication. I had bought a coffee machine as an xmas gift but had purchased the wrong machine so needed to arrange a return. Katie from Clumsy Goat was so helpul and returns process was very easy. I have a friend that put me onto. Them and said that the quality of their products are outstanding i purchase a set scales which I use every day and they are excellent in quality. I will purchase from them again. They even made the extra effort to send me an email to see if I was happy with my purchase.And that it had arrived with no problems.

Fantastic customer service
Just after my I’d placed an order for a grinder I noticed it had gone into a Boxing Day sale. I phoned them up and without hesitation they refunded the difference so I got it for the sale price too. Great customer service in my eyes, I will use them again the future for sure!

Purchased Eureka Mignon zero Low retention grinder to replace my old and inconsistent grinder. Good price and delivered well packaged from supplier. Early days but this is a vast improvement over my old grinder.

Rancillio Silvia Pro-X 'ellent!
My trusty Rancillio Silvia machine finally came to its end after twelve years of daily domestic service. I decided, after searching numerous sites to buy the Silvia Pro1-X from Clumsy Goat. Their prices were more than competitive and previous reviews, superb.
I ordered and sure enough my new machine arrived to me in Wiltshire the next day! Follow up service is is great. Just what you expect I guess...but rarely get from others!
I will be buying beans and accessories as and when needed from Clumsy Goat..( interesting name!)
