We got our whole house redone. Our install was slightly delayed but no big deal. The men who installed were lovely. However, one of the windows badly cracked while they were settling. We called the next morning and we told we would be put through to the remedial team. No one ever called. It took 5 weeks of calling to get a date for someone to come out. This was another two weeks out but at least there was a time scale. On the day no one showed and still no one called. We still have had no communication from them about when this will be fixed.

Excellent service throughout. From initial contact with young Marin, to Brad and Luke who measured and fitted 2 windows and a door. Very capable, very professional and more to the point, did an excellent job. The HQ kept in touch with updates, were so easy to deal with, it was a pleasure. 10/10

Just had all the windows and exterior doors put in our house can't fault the company kept in contact with us see if we had any issues. Great bunch of fitters Justin, Sean, Kyfer, Finley worked non stop all day and very pleasant to talk too. Highly recommended

Had the mistake of dealing with this company to do our conservatory!2023!was pushed to write a review while being done which was also a mistake as the work is a mess,they made it worst,contacted them by writing and by telephone no reliable feedback!!waste of money paid!!no apologies it caused a lot of stress to my family!!NOT recommending this at all!!!

The guy who came out to do the quote and the one to measure up were really nice, helpful etc
The job seemed to be sub-letted to a local company for the fitting. The guys themselves were nice and friendly but did a lot of 'half jobs'. When they came back to finish the job the next day I had a list of things wrong with the workmanship from the day before. Didn't follow instruction of what room had to be completed first, so my animals had a safe room.
Within 10 minutes of the guys leaving, the company was on the phone asking for payment. That doesn't give anyone a chance to look over things properly.
The windows were fitted on the 5th Feb and I still have issues, which no-one is getting back to me about.
Certainly would not recommend this company

I had 3 windows replaced by this company on 30th May. The largest window was fitted with a broken corner on the opener. They started pushing for payment before the installer had left the premises and before I had opportunity to inspect the installation. During inspection I found the silicone finish on 1 window was poor and while rubbing some of excess off a saw cut was exposed. On another window 1 of the finishing strips was scratched. The broken opener was replaced on 3rd. June. After some wrangling the offending finishing straps were replaced and the offending silicone finish corrected. Before the installers left, I attempted to close and lock the replacement opener and the handle jammed. On inspection it transpired that a metal peg was lying on the bottom channel. The installer thought it must have come off the original.

On 14th June my wife attempted to close this window and the handle jammed exactly as before. I reported this to the company and was advised there would be a delay in fixing the issue. I then found that the window was missing a metal peg, presumably the 1 found on 3rd June. I contacted again and was asked if I could send a picture. This I duly did. Yesterday, being concerned that I was unable to properly secure the I phoned in the morning. I was advised that I would be contacted to make arrangements for an engineer to visit. Up 17.15 today I have heard nothing.

They was great at the job they was friendly Justin and shaun was very talkative and very helpful job was done quick and everything was left tidy

Brad singlehandedly installed my windows efficiently and with no fuss.Very pleasant manner.

Jamie & Stuart came to install our new windows & doors, they worked so hard, never stopped the work from the moment they arrived and until all the work was completed, they fitted 6 windows and 2 exterior doors.
Very hard working men. They covered everything up with dust sheets and cleaned up behind them as they went, they left my house clean and tidy. I would highly recommend these guys for all your window, doors etc to be installed by them, very friendly & professional guys,

Jamie and Stuart turned up on time and did a fantastic job. They replaced 12 windows and 2 doors and the did a first class job. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and friendly. Efficient and professional service. Would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely over the moon with the finish on all my work that was carried out. Having the modern feel of the products certainly makes my house stand out from the rest. Can’t wait to walk in and out my house now to see it. Duncan was more than accommodating when it came to a few things I wanted adjusted and couldn’t be happier to rectify to a high standard.

Justine and Sean arrived when expected, they were extremely polite and courteous and got on with the job in hand even though the scaffolding that had been ordered didn’t arrive for 2 hrs. They tidied up and left a great job explaining the workings of the windows before going and reassuring us that someone would be to repair the small piece if render that had come away. Good pair of workers.

We paid an £800 deposit however after reading some of the negative reviews online decided something was off with this company. And I've been proved right! We called up to cancel straightaway, well within the 14 day cancellation period, and it's now coming onto 3 months and they have still not refunded us! They are now saying the money has been transferred into our account, which it hasn't. They're not interested in investigating the issue but keep saying it's a problem with our bank. Avoid at all costs!

The guys turned up at 8am prompt and proceeded to do first class job of removing and installing the 7 windows.
They made sure all old windows and rubbish both in and outside the house was tidied up and removed.

Justin and Sean were friendly polite and very professional while doing my installation. No mess at all very tidy and so happy with my new windows.

Our windows were installed on 5th Nov 2025 and we are still waiting for the job to be finished. Our biggest window was left throughout winter with massive pieces of plaster missing exposed to the elements. I have lost count of the amount of times I have been in touch with the company just to be fobbed off every single time. Communication, customer service and execution is not this companies strong point. I also find it very suspicious at the lack of negative reviews on here compared to other places. Please proceed with caution or don't proceed at all.

After a small measurement hitch which was quickly rectified the two boys set about the installation of our front window and back door. Zander & Paul were amazing from start to finish keeping us updated as they went. Constantly cleaning up after them, they were a pleasure to have in my home . Thomas & Kayleigh in the office we’re also very helpful and patient with me when I questioned a few details regarding the installation. Well done CB windows & Doors

Windows fitted and looking really good. Justin & Sean worked really well and completed the job very quickly. Tidy workers and very pleasant.
