The company is great and helped a great deal. Great to work with, a little slow at times but anytime I have been talking to a person it's been nothing but helpful.
One small hiccup was a family donation was from someone whom i have absolutely no ties with over 6 years ago but it was corrected promptly.

First time Home owner thanks to Co-Ownership
Co-ownership have been a great help in helping me to get on the property ladder, communication has always straightforward and easy to follow, also anytime I phoned the advisor was a great help and answered whatever queries I had.
I'm not certain the process would be for everyone but I would recommend it as an additional option for people to look into and make a decision depending on their own circumstances, as a solo purchaser it has been of great benefit and I wouldn't be able to call myself a home owner otherwise,
Highly recommended.

Not for everyone but worked out perfect for me.
Couldn't have got back on the market without co ownership. At 49 and renting after a separation, then when the landlord came calling for 30% increase in rent, time came to get back on the market. It's tough on your own to afford anything nowadays without a large deposit and a large wage packet, but when someone recommended look into co ownership I thought it was worth a shot. While not perfect it's a 100 times better than paying a private landlords mortgage, and you can have a place you can make a home. The co ownership rent and my mortgage both come to less a month than the current going rate for a similar house privately rented. This gives you security, and with a 5 year or longer fixed rate on your mortgage you know what your monthly outgoings are going to be. No shock 30% increase every 12 months. Highly recommend and as your circumstances change in the future you can buy co ownership out to own the home outright. Security is the key for me, and I'm absolutely over the moon with my new home.

Excellent for families wanting to purchase first home after renting
Going through Co-Ownership to purchase our first home was a great experience. Out landlord decided to sell up to us and we were unable to get a decent deposit together in a short space of time with having a young family. Highly recommend to anyone.
