Very reliable and very friendly drivers

I have used Coastal for several airport trips, they are always punctual and very helpful when meeting us at the airport helping with my Mum’s luggage. The booking process online is easy and straightforward and Dan is always at hand to answer my silly questions and worries about timings etc!!!

We have used Coastal Airport Transfers for 3 years now and have been impressed every time. The booking service is easy and convenient with it being online. After the booking, communication is brilliant via email, WhatsApp and messages. It is always clear exactly which driver to expect, the car model and registration plate. Despite flights being delayed, there has never been any problem with the taxi pick up. Would highly recommend!

Im very disappointed with the driver on the way back from the airport 13th August 2025, I told the driver my dad needed help getting out of the taxi and not to leave him as hes unsteady on his feet he said okay so i was going to open the front door and I heard my dad shouting ouch so I ran over to him to find him on the road covered in blood because he had fell over/out the taxi whilst the driver was taking the suitcases out of the taxi me and my niece was begging him to help us and he said said yeah okay in a minute and continued to get the suitcases out the taxi whilst I struggled picking my dad up of the floor the driver said looks like the blood is coming from his nose and he eventually helped me after he finished taking the suitcases out the taxi to get my dad to the front door so I sat my dad down on the sofa to realise it wasn't his nose bleeding he had 3 cuts to his head still bleeding loads going in out and of conscious I went to tell the driver but he had sped off and offered no help whatsoever we had to call an ambulance he has 3 cuts to his head and a blackeye because the taxi ignored me after I asked him to help my dad out of the car, this is absolutely unacceptable behaviour very disappointed with the lack of help and now my dad is left with 3 cuts to his head a massive black eye and his glasses broken, not very happy at all
