Brilliant idea
I really like the idea of this - using a material that would otherwise be discarded. Plus, as it is desiccated, it is so much easier to transport and store.
The sticks arrived really quickly
The sticks arrived really quickly. They are a bit drier than I imagined, a bit like door mat on a stick so I am not sure they would be suitable for all plAnts to grow up.
Shockingly poor customer service
Shockingly poor customer service. Placed an order, a week later half arrived. Then another smaller parcel a few days later and then my order was showing as complete. A refund appeared, but it didnt cover the full value of the undelivered items, and there was no explanation. I tried emailing, no reply to the first 3 messages. No one answers the phone. Finally after contacting a sales rep who must have chiviied customer service up I received an email reply. The refund was for an out of stock item to which I replied some communication would have been better to actually explain what was going on. They also claimed I had received the full order and I had to take a photo to prove that I hadn't. I am now finally expecting the missing delivery as they have accepted this but I will never order from them again as it just isn't customer service. Mistakes happen, things go out of stock, all fine, but some communication and anything that starts with 'Apologies' or 'sorry for the inconvience' goes a long way. Such a shame as I like the ethos of the company, sadly costomer service hasn't made it to company ethics.

I ordered 7 bags of multipurpose Harmony compost following “Which best buy” recommendation. My order was immediately confirmed by email. My money was taken. The compost has not been delivered. No one answers the phone number supplied and no one replies to my emails.

Placed order immediately got an email your parcel is on the way with tracking. Over a week later nothing tracking just shows label created. Called them loads they never answered emailed no answer, found them on eBay messaged them no response at all. Facebook messenger nothing. Very unprofessional I’ve now claimed for my money back off card as not ligament company. Don’t take orders and ignore your customers.
Hit and miss product, very poor customer service
I thought I would try as it was recommended by Which and I was very pleased with germination of seeds with first multipurpose block but everything died when I used the second block, seeds all failed and my young plants died within 48hrs. Convinced I had done something wrong, I ordered more. All seemed fine until Evri failed to deliver. I contacted Coco&Coir by email (their phone isn’t answered). I was offered refund or replacement. I elected replacement. Evri tried to prove delivery with an undated photo of a previous delivery despite tracking still saying undelivered and this order having not arrived. I was promised replacement on 9th April. It now 23rd April and no despatch notice or courier notification and coco&coir customer service failing to respond to emails. I have requested a refund and no response.
A great product but production issues…
A great product but production issues means that most of our order wont be delivered in time for this season. Why advertise and accept payment if they knew they couldn't fulfill the order? I will probably still be purchasing more next year tho.

I received an incorrect item that they are unwilling to rectify
I received an incorrect item that is of no use to me. I want the item I ordered, the phone number provided does not work, they are no longer replying to my emails. Despite having the invoice that states the correct product and me sending them photos of the incorrect product, they are refusing to resolve the issue. I will report them to trading standards too.
Dispatch and Delivery issues
1) Couldn't find anywhere on the Coco & Coir website that provided dispatch / delivery time frames so was anyone's guess when it might arrive.
2) Item was supposedly dispatched quickly, but then the courier (Evri) never seemed to received it.
3) Emailed Coco & Coir after a few days of the courier website stating they were still waiting for the package, and got a response within 24 hours (good) telling me to wait another couple of days and that the Evri's website sometimes takes a little time to update (this is 5 days after dispatch). Next morning Evri has the package.
4) Courier gives me one hour notice they are going to deliver, leaving insufficient time to make arrangements to be home, especially as I didn't know what day it was being delivered. Parcel was abandoned outside property and outer wrapping was ripped (although contents appear OK).
So whilst I got my parcel just over a week after ordering, I suspect it wasn't actually dispatched when they said it was and only got dispatched when I chased. The 'not great' experience was compounded by poor courier service and lack of / hard to find delivery information on Coco & Coir's website.
Check bag before adding water
Never used this product before, 30L box comes with 2 plastic bags containing the compost. You are instructed to open the bag and add 5L of water. Unfortunately the first bag I used had a rip in the bottom corner that I had not noticed and the water flooded out. The damage could have happened during transit , transferring between depots and vans. I would suggest not using the bag as the instructions say and empty the bag contents into a bucket and then add water.

This product was easy to order, and promptly delivered.
The first block made up easily, in 30 minutes, the second 2 days. I look forward to the results with plants.

Really pleased with the coir blocks received. Well package and quick delivery.
