We’re passionate about promoting sustainable farming. For this, we turned to the coconut, one of the most versatile fruits in the world. We took the coconut’s husk, which is usually thrown away, to create a range of products that make your home and garden a more lush place. With our high-grade, peat free, organic coconut compost, we want to encourage a shift to peat-free gardens. We’ve also developed a range of sustainable, finely-crafted doormats from the coconut’s husk which will imbue your home with a warm, earthy vibe.

I love the products but…..
I love the products but took a star off because of the very long wait for my order to be sourced and dispatched.
I do understand the numerous potential delays that can occur with items sourced overseas, but perhaps a better level of communication would have helped.
Also you are unfortunately using Evri as your courier, they are dreadful!
Very different experience this year
Last year I was very pleased with Coco & Coir - thought it was a great product. However this year they have been terrible to deal with - I'm not sure what is going wrong. I have tried to order various different composts from their website on multiple occasions. Sometimes it has said products are out of stock and can only pre-order - but the pre-order button was disabled. Other times I successfully ordered products which appeared to be in stock, only to find my order cancelled many days later due to the product being out of stock. An email enquiring whether products would be in stock later was never answered. Not sure what is going wrong - perhaps they are having stocking or production problems? But don't assume that orders on their website will be fulfilled...

This is the second year I have had to wait a long time for my delivery. The product is good but if you cannot get it to the customer in good time, you will have problems.
Failed to deliver after promise
Failed to deliver after promise. I shall probably lose a lot of seedlings
Great compost but erratic availability
For the second year running, out of stock when I wanted it for seed sowing. Not delivered til mid April. Frustrating as was promised it would be available in March. Is good compost tho & reasonably priced if you order enough.

A smooth ordering and speedy delivery service.
Lightweight products makes handling easy. Cannot yet comment on seed/plant growth, but reviews are positive.
Short measure.
We really like the product so have bought for the second year. Purchased a few 75lt bags but once hydrated with the recommended amount of water a whole bag of compost only filled a single 42lt pot, well under the 75lt claimed. Delivery was about three weeks later than advertised.
Very efficient -I'm a return customer
Very efficient -I'm a return customer. I also like the points system which seems quite generous
Coco & coir
I have used these guys a few times before and the quality of their straight coco blocks is phenomenal but just a bit more expensive than my usual supplier even with the great multi buy discounts, hence me choosing them ultimately. I thought i would go again with these guys and put a large order in on 5/2 and had just received a confirmation email so after 11 days so I tried to call but the telephone line is dead, I also emailed yesterday and still haven’t received a response so thought i would see if this would help!

Been buying this coir compost for a few years now. Good stuff and good service from Coco and Coir.
Like the products
Like the peat free products but would prefer the orchid compost to be available in smaller packs. I only had one orchid to replant. Or could the packs be made so you only hydrate a quarter of it?
Good product
Good product . Good delivery service.
Been using their products for a while and very pleased with the results.
Good stuff
Got Coco last year and this year, much cheaper than Amazon and the deals are great. Arrived promptly, will use again next year too. 10/10. The points system means I can get a good bit of free stuff too. Can't go wrong.
Great stuff
Great stuff, ready in minutes by just adding water in the provided bag, even looks nice in a plant pot. Seems environment friendly, as made from coconut production waste and pressed to solid blocks that take far less space than the conventional, humid compost. Not local though, and I don't know yet how much the plants will like it.
