Coco coir is great! Thoroughly recommend it!

The compost blend is an award winner the company not so much.
Obviously they overextended themselves earlier this year leaving thousands disappointed. Now towards the end of the growing season they have plenty of stock and are keen for us to take it off their hands. So the delivery was reasonable and the price okay

Superb service; eco friendly goods and quality materials.
My only niggle was some of the items were sent in plastic bags!

We have been using coco and coir all purpose peat free compost for a couple of seasons and were glad to see the 75 litre packs available again, with their new packaging. Easy to order and delivery arrived as ordered.

I have not received my parcel and have had difficulty in contacting the delivery company and have not received anything back from you apart from a review request!

In one box there is lots of compost: watching it absorbing water to become soft and friable is most satisfying

Wonderful stuff, helped me to get rid of an awful fungus gnat infestation! Speedily delivered and it seems like there’s a very generous rewards scheme too. Thank you guys!

Reasonable price, delivered quickly

Prompt, well packed delivery.
Results from seeds sown is exceptional compared with other peat free seed composts.

When my order didn't arrive - Evri's fault, not there's - I tried to contact them by email and phone. It took a few days for them to respond but once they did, they issued a refund straightaway.

Wrong items sent.
Customer service phone number never answered. Called dozens of times over 3 days and always a message "your call can't be answered at this time".
Emailed. Got reply wanting photos. Sent. Now being ignored.

I placed an order for coir compost on 25 March 2025 and was told soon after that they couldn't fulfil the order due to an error they made, but if i waited a few weeks, it could be delivered, which I accepted. I asked them to send me part of the order which eventually they did a few weeks later after being promised I would receive the remainder in April. The remainder never came and I am still waiting for my compost to be delivered and its been 2 months since i ordered it. I've emailed them and they don't bother responding to most emails. When they do, they make promises they cant keep. Tried calling them as well, but they don't take calls. Their customer services are shockingly bad. I just want my coir compost to be delivered. Please, can you just answer my emails and send me the remainder of my order.

Extremely Disappointed with Service

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Coco & Coir Despite placing an order, their delivery provider never even attempted to deliver it, and their customer service response was disappointingly generic. Rather than addressing the actual issue, they simply offered a refund or replacement without acknowledging the poor service.

This lack of communication and accountability shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company again and have requested both a refund and the removal of my personal details from their system.

If you value reliability and proper customer service, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

The compost is a great peat free addition to my garden compost to grow outdoor bush tomatoes in pots . And it’s lightweight and easy to reconstitute with water.
