I ordered. You delivered. Job done.

I ordered a coco & coir mat on Amazon but I never received it, coco & coir said it had been delivered, they sent me a photo of it in the brown recycling bin which isn’t within my properties boundary, all the streets bins are in a public lane between 2 streets of terraced housing which anyone can access, the company would not refund me and kept saying it’s been delivered and have got the photo to prove it ( the one with it in the bin) and told me to check with family members and neighbours to see if they took delivery of it?! Bit of a contradiction there. I claimed my money back through A-Z on Amazon and have bought a lovely mat from Dunelm. Its shocking that delivery companies leave parcels outside to get stolen, several people on our street have had parcels missing including myself but to leave them outside your property boundary is even worse especially when I had no card or email to say it had been delivered and this company would not take any responsibility for it.

I have not yet received the doormat I ordered on 11th December. I had planned to have a smart, colourful new doormat in place for Christmas. Could you please make sure that I receive the doormat that I have paid for.

Fast delivery and great selection of quality compost. Made a mixture for my rubber plant which had not been looking happy for a while and within a week it has perked right up! Would be handy if the large multi purpose came in smaller blocks but very happy with my purchase and so are my plants!

Two weeks between order and delivery. Never again

Not enough stars to give you I'll give you 10 plus love the packaging keep the moisture and water out but would be nice to lower the price a bit . Totally expensive and can't understand why not like you have to dig them out of the ground or something
