absolute disgrace - £8 per pot of pasta, the 'chicken pasta' had a couple of shreds of chicken on it and arrived bloated and swollen (from sitting in too much water), 60% of the pasta was literally plain boiled pasta, the dish was disgusting.

this is price gouging at its finest, with no interest for the end consumer - ignore the positive reviews, this is TERRIBLE food.

they also got two items wrong on my order, just pathetic

Whitstable - freezing cold pasta. Feel like I’ve been robbed of £16 (for two pots of pasta) tasted like it had been cooked the day before

Just had the mushroom rigatoni and salt and rosemary fries delivered from this company.
Delicious!! Really tasty and the garlic bread was lovely and fresh.

Just ordered food from Cheltenham store.
Absolutely appalling!!!!
My partner rang up to say the food is ice cold, the woman then told us to heat it in the microwave!!!
Disgusting, the food was obviously prepared early this morning and they hadn’t even the decency to reheat it before delivering to customers!
Rude staff!!!!

Pasta carbonara was not proper carbonara and was completely tasteless. Flavour of unsalted pasta water. Congealed consistency.

Salt and rosemary fries had no salt or rosemary, lamb looked suspiciously like chicken the meat was white and tasted like chicken and there was no ragu on one of the pits literally delivered a pot of plain pasta i highly recommend you pick some where else

Me and my 3 flatmates ordered carbonara- we were all extremely dissapointed in it, hardly any sauce and way too much truffle oil.

Ordered on Deliveroo- they left out half of our order, and my chicken pasta contained a grand total of one piece of chicken (in their large size pasta pot). Attempted to contact the Manchester branch by phone without any luck. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered Carbonara and it was so bad, I threw it in the bin after one mouthful. It was penne with what looked and tasted like congealed toast topper plonked on top. Will not order from here again

food was horrible , i must of ordered just as they closed . pasta was sour as if it had been there all day . wasted 15 pounds

Let me tell you about my hypothesis that Coco di Mama cherry-picks their customers.
My first experience with them was great. When chilling at my best mate's place her boyfriend accidently had his lunch delivered to hers. It turned out to be Spicy Pasta and let me tell you, it was PENG!
Everything went downhill last Sunday, when after a long week they popped up on my uber eats feed. I ordered some beefy pasta, white chocolate donuts, soft drink and a cheesy bread with aioli – a meal one only dreams about.
First red flag was the one hour delivery period. And I guess, that's fine, popular places get busy during lunch hours on the weekend. The trouble came after the order was delivered. It was not my order!! The pasta I received pasta did not contain more than 1 tablespoon of sauce, dessert was not what I asked for and the drink never made it... The cheesy bread turned out to be a bare flat bread with no cheesiness! On top of that, the aioli, I paid extra for, did not make it to the party...
The key difference I notice, based on my two experiences, is where you’re based in London the service varies. If you live in a wealthy neighbourhood you're safe and sound. If you live in ends, you're going to be disappointed with the quality of their services.

First time, trying it and what a huge disappointment.pasta pots looked like it was microwaved with very little sauce the kids hated it and were left hungry and grumpy.the only good thing was the mozzerella bread.Small portions

i ordered pasta pesto and dounuts. my pasta was so dry barely any sauce, and over cooked, so that the pasta split.
as for the donuts i only received half of what was meant to be delivered!!!

Went to one of their stores today, and pointed out that the salad was very dissapointing and the description on the shelving unit was inaccurate. I asked to speak to the store manager to share the feedback. All she did was try to prove me wrong and referred me to a micro writing on the box. I pointed out that I forgot my glasses in the office so unfortunately I could not see however she went on and instead of managing the situation continued to proove me wrong. Ignoring the fact that I cannot see. Their barrista realized what the right customer service is and offered me a free coffee, bless her! The question is 'Should you provide adequate training to your staff or promote people with the right skill?'

Complete charlatans who lie, lie and lie again about their delivery time by an hour or more.

Ordered a midi carbonara from west wickham and paid extra for roast chicken in. I literally got about 12 pieces of pasta in a pot with a dribble of sauce and 2 bits of chicken and very few pieces of ham. It was like eating dry pasta. £7.35 for something I probably wouldn't even pay £1 for.

First and last time when I order from Coco di Mama Guildford.

I don't know where the other commenter's have been getting their food lol. Coco di Mama Leamington Spa killed it!! it is the best pasta I have ever had. The whole office was filled with the delightful smell and everyone said it smelt amazing. The fries were also incredible and the complimentary chocolates... Such a lovely gesture. I have never seen a food establishment offer that before. I am very impressed and will be ordering again soon!

I really like Coco di Mama as many of the ingredients they've used were fresh and tasted great. However, it is pretty disappointing to see that so many of the stores have not been open since January 2020 and some have closed permanently. Some stores that said they were closed "temporarily" have been closed for so long. I thought they went out of business but they still seemed to be in business on their website.
