Absolutely Love Coconut Merchant
Love Coconut Merchant products so I was going to order from Amazon for next day delivery. However I decided to look at the website for more products and ended up ordering directly from them. Ordering was quick and easy. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text with a one hour time slot for next day, which arrived during the said time slot. What a result!!
My only criticism is that although my goods were well packed the was far too much packaging. But other than that, I’ll continue to order direct from Coconut Merchant. It’s much better value for money than where I was going to order in the first place.😜

Good customer service
**Edit... My first order never arrived, although tracking showed it 'delivered' at the time expected, the delivery provider the photo from the delivery company of the parcel was outside a different unknown door.
However Saskia at Coconut Merchant was quick to respond to my queries and said they would get in touch with the delivery company to redeliver, however after a few days Coconut Merchant sent out a second delivery which arrived perfectly. Thank you for sorting it out!
