Really helpful and friendly service!
I bought a small 35ml jar of organic coconut oil from Ocado, but it looked like it had a quality issue so I contacted Coconut Merchant directly using their online form. They replied within two days by email and asked for more details (product batch number and photos) and kindly sent out a replacement quickly by DPD. They were really friendly and helpful and I felt valued as a customer. I'll be buying from their website going forward rather than going through a supermarket so that I will be supporting the company directly.

I would have given this a five star but…
I would have given this a five star but unfortunately the box was damaged and one of the cartons had a hole in and had leaked over the other cartons leaving them all sticky. Other than that the service was amazing ordered and delivered so quickly, tasty product too.
