Okay hear me out

Okay hear me out, I thought I order from a scam site. I was looking at other reviews and hoping to find videos on TikTok to prove legitimacy. It took about a full month for my 2 piece product to deliver, but I love them.
They look just as the pictures, cocovillage provided my dream wooden products that I often see on other sites for a fraction of the price. I do not mind the wait for what I received. Cocovillage please keep the products coming, and please keep the sales coming !! We need the whole pretend play sets maybe a cute sandbox lol

Very disappointed in customer service

Very disappointed in customer service. Placed my order July 12. On Aug 5 I contacted a representative. He told me my order hasn’t shipped because it’s over sold, I expressed this is frustrating because I was never contacted to be made aware of this. I let him know my daughters birthday is august 17 and this is her birthday present. The rep was able to locate some at the warehouse and assured me my order would be rushed. 1 week later still no shipment confirmation. Contacted them again, a new rep informed me it hasn’t shipped as it is out of stock! I explained the other rep (anthony) found some at the warehouse and assured me it would be rushed! She looked, found some at the warehouse and assured my it would be rushed! Today is August 12. Still no shipment confirmation, no update. No nothing. At this point I am confident my daughters birthday gift will not be here in time:/

I ordered my products July 17th and it…

I ordered my products July 17th and it is now August 11th and there is no whereabouts on my order. I have followed up twice and there are no dates on the shipment ETA nor was there a resolution provided. All I was advised is that they sent the warehouse a message. My nieces birthday is August 14th and I won’t be able to give her the bday present Ive been waiting so long to receive. I requested for an email confirmation on the convo myself and the customer service rep had and was not provided one. If the delay is due to staffing then there should be some type of courtesy email provided to customers. This store is not cheap and to receive zero alerts on the delays of an item goes to show poor management and business ethic.

They don’t even deserve 1 star

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Terrible custom service !! I filed a claim in July for a missing part. It is Aug and i still done have this resolved and they want to change me to mail the part to me.

Terrible experience

Clients are not valued here: Ordered on June 20th. Order was not processed yet and no dates are provided for delivery. Sent a message to customer service, first response was they could not predict when it would be shipped, sent a new one now yesterday and now I need to wait for 48 hours to get an order status or cancel it. One of worst online shopping experiences ever!

Horrible Experience

Ordered on June 27th. Order didn't even get processed for shipping until July 30th because some items out of stock so entire order never fulfilled. Had to call customer service to get any information. Partial refund issued and order processed for shipping, but no offer to right the wrong. Poor inventory system and poor customer service means I'm not valued as a customer. I'm left with a loss 2 weeks before items needed for school starting and a refund does not meet my need.

Love this company!

I placed my 2nd order from this online store yesterday and I believe I’ll have to wait a while it arrives with all their huge summer sale is on. I’m not complaining since all what I bought from them is of great quality, super cute, soft mute colors estetics that I absolutely love and with huge discounts - worth waiting for you know !

Won’t ship your order

The customer service is very disappointing and frustrating. Its been 3 weeks since I’ve placed an order and it still hasn’t shipped. I’ve contacted customer service and they just tell me they have had a ton of orders and that my order will ship soon and it still doesn’t happen. The expected arrival dates when you order are a complete lie. Good deals on cute product but not worth it. There are plenty of other places to shop that actually want your business.

Really disappointed in the customer service here. Which is important for me where ever I shop. Estimated shipping dates are far from the truth and the coco village team needs to be more transparent in that.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. All their Instagram is aesthetic so you fall for it. The quality is horrid. I wouldn’t even pay 10$ for such a product. The mat I purchased which retails 150$ ripped in 3 different places in 2 days. It was meant for a 6 month old. And they don’t stand by the quality or product. Horrible customer service. It’s a SCAM. Buyer beware!!!

Still waiting….Preordered a bed in January for an April delivery. Have not heard a word. It is a large investment to make to have no communication from the company about what happened with a new expected shipping date. How rude.

I’m really disappointed in their…

I’m really disappointed in their customer service. We pre ordered educational tower on Feb 1st with the promise of it being delivered in the month of April. It’s May now and I’ve only heard from other customers who have shared that now it’s delayed even further, to be delivered sometime mid or late May. It would have been more professional of cocovillage if they contacted the affected customers directly with the shipping delay updates. Had I known this would be the case, I would have purchased from another company. I would not shop here again and will also share my experience with family and friends.

Horrible Customer Service

Customer service tells you want you want to hear.
They tell you your pre-order items are coming in and you will receive them soon, but then weeks go by and you still haven't received anything.
Also, to receive free shipping to the US you have to spend $100, which I did. One of the items I purchased was a pre-order, so I had to wait for the pre-order item to come into the warehouse and then Coco Village sold out of other items that I had purchased. They must not track inventory well and/or do not set items aside.
