Great quality products Just a long delivery time. Wish it was faster

Although I haven’t received my order yet, (ordered yesterday) the quality of you products are exactly what I’m looking for! I’m very excited and hope that I won’t be disappointed…

We loved the balance bike very much, it was child friendly, beautiful color and design and sustainable material. It was delivered on time and no issues with service.

I'm obsessed with everything from Coco Village! So far my little ones have a blender, toaster, and various wooden fruit sets from there. The craftsmanship is amazing, and the muted colors and tones are so much more aesthetically pleasing than anything Target sells. The shipping and customer service are great as well. All in all, a seamless experience from start to finish.

Literally love everything about Coco Village! Everything we have gotten is so cute very well put together :) we have had a minor problem with a part on the balance bike, an costumer service was amazing an got us the part shipped out to us with in 5 days!

Love Cocovillage! They have the cutest toys and they are always a hit with my daughter. I have been buying from them since my daughter was born and she’s two now!

We have ordered a few items off Coco Village and my kids love them. The Doll House is gorgeous and the doll pram and bunk beds are adorable. We just love the quality and cute design.

Absolutely love our Coco Village products, out market stand and play food are staples that get played with daily! We also love the climbing cube and are looking forward to getting the kitchen stand so the kids can get a safe boost while helping in the kitchen.

We have purchased from coco village several times and have always been satisfied with their products! We just recently ordered several sets of the play food. They are wooden and 100 times better than the cheap plastic sets. I also love that they are split down the middle allowing my daughter to use the wooden knife to develop her fine motor skills.

So far, so great! Very excited about my first shopping experience with Coco Village. Got a wonderful sale price on very highly rated/reviewed racetrack for my nephew's birthday. Very happy to buy products made in Canada and made with safe materials. I also appreciate the email confirmation and updates I've received so I can track the package. Some of the negative reviews on here complain about wait/shipping times--during a global pandemic that has caused supply and labor issues. Additionally, I am guessing that some customers don't realize it's a Canadian company resulting in a longer shipping time as packages must pass through Customs and then travel across United States. I have tracked the shipment via UPS and it seems very fair. Maybe some people have become spoiled by the immediacy of Amazon? These toys look beautiful and there are many great reviews. I will add to this review once my nephew receives his Birthday gift.

We’ve ordered several pretend food sets for my toddler’s play kitchen and they’re beautiful! I love that they’ll last so much longer than plastic toys and the colors are beautiful (especially the fruit set!). Shipping takes a little longer since we are in the US so I always try to give plenty of time! Customer service has been wonderful as well.
