Brilliant presentation
I bought a gift voucher for a Birthday present.
It was delivered within 48 hours from when I placed the order.
It was packaged very well so arrived in tip top condition.
I have to say the actual voucher looked lovely and the presentation envelope was perfect to give someone as a gift.
Will certainly be using this service again.

Before we placed our order we rang the Felixstowe branch where the lady who answered the phone was very polite, very knowledgeable and very helpful. When we placed our order the website was extremely easy to use. Excellent all round!

Excellent Service
I never buy clothes online but coronavirus has changed that. Unsure of which size and colour to get to replace a worm out pair of jeans, a quick phone call to Coes and they looked up my past in store purchases and pointed me at an appropriate replacement on their website. They arrived the next working day, are a perfect fit and virtually identical colour. You don’t get that with other e-tailers!
