Great product great and service

Great product, bought 2 online to chose one at the suggestion of the sales assistant in Maldon branch, then returned one for easy refund. Lovely jacket and great service

Very helpful

Very helpful. Advised that I could order online that the Maldon did not have. Said it was quicker than getting item sent to store. Arrived next day. Very helpful with he two items purchased in store.

SOME staff are friendly but…

SOME staff are friendly but unfortunately Others well first time i've every been in the shop on my first day off in so long dressed in smart casual items and in the back ground hearing a staff member telling another staff member i could of made an effort in my clothing,( i was the only one in the shop!!) I didn't realise a "SHOP" had a dress code for me to spend my hard earned cash!!! unless in a shirt and tie shop else where!!!! so rude.
