It was convenient for us and very clean. Great communication from the agency.
The flat could do with a repaint and some things need repairing like the door to the balcony and the surround of the tv needs finishing off. The fans in the bathroom didn’t work so mould is starting to appear on the wall.

Our stay here was perfect. It had everything you could possibly need, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom bedrooms etc. all spotless.

Really friendly, kind and generous people who couldn't have done enough for us. Including the offering of fresh eggs each day. The kids absolutely loved the duck pond and chickens.

Lots of activities close enough nearby.
Hope to stay here again in the future.

Great property , neat and had more than enough space for a family of 4 and our pet ( Beagle ) Chloe.

My only issue would be the location and that there was a broken chair which i reported on the nigh we had dinner it gave way so was already broken and the piece was put by the kettle so the cleaners knew but didn't report this to be replaced prior.

We did and was told a chair would be ent that day (same day as arrival) but it never showed up in our duration of the stay. Other than that is was worth the money and we had a great time in Swansea.

The location of the property is so good for me, close to M4. Check in process was smooth and straight forward, The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from clear check-in instructions to local recommendations. The amenities, like the cozy beds, well-equipped kitchen, and fast Wi-Fi, made our stay comfortable and convenient. I especially loved dining area and the garden. The kitchen is modern and has everything I needed in an apartment. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Newport and would definitely book again!

It was a very nice place to stay! It has everything we needed.

They only thing was that we got informed the same day that there would be some people to check things.

Everything was as promised, and top notch.

My experience was truly awful — so much so that I had to cancel my stay, and I'm now waiting for a refund, which I hope will be issued.

When I arrived, the accommodation had not been cleaned after the previous guests and was in a very dirty state. I reported the issue, and after a few hours, cleaning was done. However, in the small inner courtyard, there was a large amount of rotting, foul-smelling garbage in bins that had not been emptied. This continued to attract swarms of flies throughout the property.

I requested further assistance the next morning as soon as I woke up, but I received no support during the entire day — not until I involved Airbnb customer service in the afternoon. Even then, nothing was done, and I simply couldn’t stay in a place filled with flies and rotting trash.

I had to find an alternative solution at my own expense. I now hope to be refunded, and that the host will at least show some integrity in this matter, because my stay in Cardiff was completely ruined. I'm very disappointed.

Accommodation blew me away especially for the Price. The rooms were clean. The showers and bathrooms were good and the location of this is very nice in a nice part of town in sale with plenty around. Would highly recommend.

Great location, clean and comfortable apartment. The elevator was handy as we had a number of bags!

Easy check-in, comfy bed, very well-equipped kitchen and large private patio overlooking a well-tended central courtyard. It was very quiet apart from seagulls in the early morning. Also close to Tesco Express, city centre and transport links. Thanks -perfect for what I needed!

We all very much loved the place, was perfect for our stay.
We did have an issue in not being able to find the coffee maker but apart from that felt very comfortable and had an enjoyable stay

Very disappointed. We had a very last minute cancellation without any communication from the company, not even an explanation or apology. This cancellation was so last minute that we were unable to make a booking for our group size with the time left and as a result had to make numerous bookings across different places

The place was great. We had plenty of space and it was very well taken care of. Very close to the center, the park and the castle. Beds were comfy and the living space was more than generous.
