Beautiful house in a perfect location. Everything is a 10min walk or less, especially the car park which is just round the corner. Hosts were available for help should we have needed them.
Everyone on our trip agreed that the beds were really comfy as a bonus!

Spotlessly clean, modern and cozy apartment, perfectly located for Cardiff city centre. Surrounded by gorgeous parkland, with lots of lovely pubs and restaurants close by. Feels like the leafy suburbs whilst being very central.

Great communication throughout and the property was fab and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or return.
The apartment was a good size and a perfect space for a party of 4 with personal space for us all.
Location was spot on to the city.
We will be back.

This is a 1 bedroomed apartment in the heart of Sale. It’s in a newly renovated building of 8 flats over a parade of bars and businesses. Across the road is a small supermarket and JP Joules( Wetherspoons). Access is at the back of the building up steps then stairs to the first floor. It has an entry phone so you can go out the front door to nip across to the shops for a pint of milk and your partner can let you in again! The Manchester Metro is a 5 min walk away for travel to the city centre.
As new it has a great shower and comfy big bed. Good kitchen with lots of storage and well equipped. There’s so many restaurants around it’s probably only breakfast in! Sofa, tv and WiFi if you’re in.
It was very noisy in the evenings and then early morning deliveries for JP Joules so windows closed. We didn’t mind but if it’s a romantic weekend away it might not be for you. We were there as our son was running in the Manchester Marathon and we had a Birdseye view from the flat. We visit Sale regularly and come by train so we’d definitely stay there again if it was available. If the 7am checkout puts you of ( it did me) just ask and we had 10am on the Monday which was fine.

The property had potential to be fantastic. Unfortunately, much of the property was dirty. The furniture and carpets were covered with stains which could be easily cleaned away. The property is advertised as a 10-person property, yet there were just 3 dinner plates, 2 dessert spoons and 1 breakfast bowl. There were just 6 dining chairs, 2 of which were in a closet. The lounge/living room seated just 5 people and had a huge rusting steel fitness center in the corner of the room, making it impossible to use the lamp and that corner of the room. There was no information for the property and surrounding area, no instruction for rubbish or re-cycling, no recycling bins or bags, the food bins were full of bottles. The gas hob had just 1 working ring out of 4. I didn't even try the oven. The microwave is disgusting. There are many other issues. This is a great shame because the property could be made wonderful with little cost and a few days cleaning/attention. The beds were very comfortable. All-in-all, a very frustrating and disappointing stay.

Brilliant service with quick and easy check in and out service. Anything that was needed was done and the most welcoming people.

Well appointed, clean and nicely decorated ground floor apartment in central location, easy walking distance to main areas. Separate parking area outside the property (first come first served basis), plus a private, high walled courtyard which will be nice to use in warmer months. Great convenience store very close by (Mr Singh's) for basics and more.

We are unable to give a higher rating because of the following: a) noise. Whilst we can live with late night street noise (and did), the noise from the upstairs neighbours was terrible, often until midnight. Lots of running about and jumping (exercises?). So bring earplugs; b) one of the double beds was small sized and cramped for an adult couple - this also stretched the sleeps 8 claim; c) lack of written information about living in the property eg. how to use the central heating system, TVs, washing machine etc. One morning the electricity tripped but we eventually found the fuse box to fix things. Information on location of key boxes could be more specific too; d) the kitchen was well equipped overall but a couple of pans were dirty and the dishwasher lacked a cutlery box/drawer which was irritating.

The place was great there was a couple things like dirty socks in the living room that weren’t ours and broken wardrobe doors but apart from that really nice place 15 mins from town which was very convenient

I've stayed at a number of their properties now and it's always been a happy experience. Their properties are always modern, immaculately clean and with all the amenities necessary for a contentful stay.

What a nice apartment. A great location for walking to Cardiff bay. Very clean and the secure parking area is an added bonus. The keyless entry for all entry points is simple and very affective.

I've stayed here a few times for work, the apartment is stunning and a great find in Swansea. Located in the centre but you won't be disturbed by the noise.

A big downside has been that someone has tried to turn almost every visit/day that I have stayed unannounced. There has been the same maintenance problem for over a month - leaky tap, leaky radiator, and the maintenance man just tries to come over and put tissue under it? I don't understand it. The owner has also turned up unannounced. Surely you would communicate with the company that is letting out your AirBNB to make sure nobody is staying. Not very proffessional.

There doesn't seem to be any communication between the owner, customer and the team in-between.

The pipes can be rather loud at night in the main bedroom, so if you're sensitive to sound I would recommend earplugs!

Absolutely beautiful home! Alison was an amazing host, friendly, quick response, helpful and accommodating!

The house is perfect and located in a great area in Bath!!

The apartment was a comfortable and lovely central spot that was perfect for a long weekend!

Booked for 4 people to stay, I messaged the co-host re no duvets or pillows for the sofa but no response after they said they’d get in touch with the cleaners. Very disappointed in the stay and won’t be attending back here. If you could possible refund us for the 2 people that stayed on the sofa that would be much appreciated

I’m great that the room is very comfortable and clean. Also I can have the response immediately when I have some problems(for example, open the door issue). Thank you for giving me an unexpected experience in Manchester! I will come back for you next time as those reasons.

I stayed in the flat for 3 weeks and it was perfect. The bed was comfy and the small living room was perfect. It's very central and I loved just being able to pop out whenever I wanted. Thanks

Very easy instructions. A clean and tidy home, would go back there when on that part of the country again. Would highly recommend.
