Nice apartment in a convenient location…
Nice apartment in a convenient location for the city and the arena. Great host. Thank you.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Stayed in an apartment owned by this company in January 2025. Front door insecure, had to put dining chairs behind flat door overnight as felt unsafe. Got flea bites, disgusting smell in bathroom, insufficient cooking & cleaning items. When we emailed to complain we received no response & took Airbnb getting involved to have them send a one line response that they were not interested in our complaint. Write 2 poor reviews on Airbnb, neither posted. Very disappointed.
Great management company
I have had a great experience so far dealing with Cohost Partners.
I had an initial call with Fran who was so knowledgeable and honest about my potential earnings on my property.
The onboarding process was super quick and Cohost partners were very communicative throughout the process.
I’d recommend Cohost partners to any property owner looking to holiday let their homes.
Beautiful very spacious apartment
Beautiful very spacious apartment. Easy check in and good communication from owners.
Great countryside stay
We booked this for a girls weekend in Wales and it was perfect! House decorated beautifully and equipped with everything we needed. Close to Cardiff which has amazing shopping. Host very friendly, easy check in instructions.

We booked a stay in Swansea managed by…
We booked a stay in Swansea managed by this company and our experience, from a filthy apartment to a dangerous broken electric heater was totally unsatisfactory. Don't book a property managed by this company if you want a safe and clean trip.
Unprofessional
I used Co-hosts to manage my family home in the Gower, CoHosts bought out my previous agents Holm Hosts who were brilliant.
Every time I returned to my home the rubbish was left in the bins (sometimes left over a month), there was internal damage, things missing (that mysteriously got returned when I made a complaint.
Even worse was the way I was treated as a property host. Despite requesting to block out my house to visit a relative dying in hospital, I was told I had to wait and see if they had a booking. They had no empathy or appreciation that if an owner needs to come into their empty house, it’s the owners prerogative. Yet they frequently blocked out several days a week to suit the cleaners schedule.
Recently they ignored my calls for 3 days during a storm that resulted in significant damage to my roof and internal damage.
The owner of co hosts is rude, unprofessional and does not care about the property owners from whom they make profit.
Booked property through VRBO managed by…
Booked property through VRBO managed by Cohost partners have to go through another payment authentication with Cohost via email which is annoying, stated that if I didn’t authenticate within 4 hours they would cancel the reservation. Never received the authentication link tried calling and emailing about it but told me it was VRBO’s problem it was never resolved and my reservation was cancelled completely and useless customer service
Terrible company
Terrible company, doesn't care about citizens only profit. Trying to deal with them is horrific
Our decision to book a holiday rental…
Our decision to book a holiday rental in Newport, Wales, unfortunately, turned out to be highly regrettable. Upon arrival, we were confronted with a multitude of issues. The property's maintenance was severely lacking, evident from the overflowing bins, broken slabs posing a hazard, and insecure locks compromising safety. Additionally, the absence of blinds on the kitchen windows infringed upon our privacy. The accommodation was inadequate for a family of 10, with substandard furniture and a lack of essential items like cutlery and pots. The overall cleanliness and functionality of the facilities, from the fridge to the washing machine, were unsatisfactory. The outdoor area was cluttered with moldy tires, further highlighting the neglect of the property. Upstairs, the uncomfortable beds and plumbing problems, such as leaking toilets and showers, added to our dismay. The absence of basic supplies like toilet rolls and cleaning products necessitated us to procure these essentials ourselves. This experience fell far short of our expectations and left much to be desired in terms of comfort and standard of living.
Poor experience at a property managed by CoHost Partners
We stayed in a property managed by CoHost Partners in West Ealing for 15 days in June 2024.
The flat is exceptionally well located near West Ealing station on the Elizabeth line, and even though it's quite small, was perfectly adequate for 2 people.
We stayed for 15 nights and unfortunately faced many issues which the management were unable/unwilling to sort out.
They finally accepted all the issues we'd pointed out on numerous occasions by phone, email, and booking website chat, the night before we were due to leave, which was obviously of no use. They also refused to compensate us for any of the inconvenience, though the booking website we used applied a token credit to my account as a gesture of good will.
The issues we faced included: broken bathroom light when we arrived (this was the only issue that was sorted, but took over 48 hours to do), leak in the bathroom which flooded bathroom floor, mould / damp smell throughout the property (both people staying were asthmatics and we suffered as a result), dangerously overgrown, dirty, and uneven access path to the property, dangerously overgrown and unsightly rear garden, and finally, though minor, only half a used roll of toilet paper was supplied for our 15 day stay.
Lots of potential and we had high expectations from the photos, but were left very disappointed.
The management company were initially very responsive and we were very hopeful that our problems would be resolved (as they repeatedly promised), but sadly they went completely silent after day 5 and only responded again the night before we left.
