My relationship with CoinFlip was great while it lasted until they canceled my account without notice.
My relationship with CoinFlip was exemplary until they started questioning my investment strategy and decided they didn't like where I was sending my bitcoin. Without notice, they canceled my account in the middle of a transaction, leaving me to scramble to find another online company that accepted wire transfers. I finally resorted to the much more expensive crypto ATMs to come up with the bitcoin I needed.

You closed my acct after you received a wire from me and an email that was inadvertently sent to CoinFlip. That email was not intended for you, and didn’t have anything to do with CoinFlip!
I spent a very high fee on you to use your services and you closed me account!

Issues happen. Resolution efforts offensive
Few issues, alwasys easy until driving 1 hr for withdrawal atm. I enter imfo, aend transaction. Its confirmed. Try to redeem, and says withdrawal cannot process for unknown reason. Customer service provides no explanation and says refund transaction will have to be made. Expect it in 24 hours. I will now not have money for trip with daughter. No explanation, no eacalation, no resolve, no urgency. Not to mention one f word opened the door for supports immediate ejection/deflection from issue.
