2) also the main graph needs a full screen version, hard to see & unable to pinch and zoom and see % increase or decrease based on time frames. A very common thing that is missing. Also
3) missing ability to retrieve historical balances after importing wallet addresses, that needs to be addressed ASAP.

They made an effort to fix the bug I was experiencing

I am writing this to warn others about the billing practices at CoinStats. My account was auto-renewed for an annual subscription without any prior email notification or reminder.
The Facts:
I have not logged into or used this service in years.
I canceled the subscription immediately upon seeing the charge on my statement.
Customer service (Martha/Mariam) admitted they understood my point but insisted on keeping my money because "that's how most apps work."
They eventually issued a 50% partial refund, which is an insulting "compromise" for a service I haven’t used and cancelled immediately upon the auto renewal without email reminder.
In the companies response they say, you should have known better, but now that you're putting our bad behavior on display for future customers, we'll consider doing the right thing just for you, but only if you take down this honest accounting of our actions. They have not taken responsibility for not emailing a renewal reminder. They have not taken responsibility for failing to provide a refund when asked the first two times. Thank you for the offer, but I've already taken this up with my credit card provider.
If Coin Stats were acting with integrity, they would email customers renewal reminders as is the law where I live. A company that chooses to "split the difference" on an accidental renewal for a dormant account is a company that prioritizes short-term cash over integrity. There are many superior alternatives in the crypto-tracking space that don't rely on "gotcha" billing to stay profitable. Save yourself the headache and use a different app.

I had a complex issue regarding DeFi asset tracking and UI duplication. Support agent Sona Grigoryan was absolutely incredible. She didn't just give me standard automated replies; she genuinely investigated the specific smart contracts, passed the bugs to the dev team, and even manually fixed the UI icons for my assets to ensure everything looked perfect. Fast, professional, and deeply technical support. Thank you, Sona!

They had a "bug" when I tried to cancel my account, now I saw that I was still charged fully for 12 months subscription.

Last month they had a error showing 50% less of my portfolio then i had. The history was also corrupted by this. Suddenly i never had that extra 50% in my portfolio EVER.
They "fixed the problem. But in doing so never fixed the history, which is now completely useless and on of the only reasons i use/pay for this thing. And their IT can not see the problem with this.
It like a bank account you had for 20 years. And suddenly they alter the history to say you always only had 50% of the total on there. Then change that you had the full 100% today. And not get that the history needs to update as well. Absolut amateurs and scammer. They also REACTIVATED my auto renew function. But i have screenshotted and timestamped it this time that it is turned off. If they try to scam me again they will get legal action.

Martha was able to help me solve my problem. No more stress, and I'll have a good weekend. Grateful to Martha, and CoinStats. Excellent app, and staff. Thank you.

Overall they did step up and offer a partial refund for software that I never used. I understand corporate policy and at sign up, the default to automatic renewal. Their partial refund was appreciated

We use CoinStats for cross chain portfolio tracking including complex DeFi protocol positions. Great responsivity, powerful API. Thumbs up. Tomas

The app does what ot says it will in a reliable fashion, the overview updates fairly quickly and it recognized all my tokens across all chains, except the most newest and remote/unknown ones which it took maybe 2 or 3 days to include.
Customer service is real, quick, with proper english and not some second hand indian 3rd party. Also no ai slop chatbots
Never tried to transact but as portfolio tracker its good if not the best out there
Price is maybe too high for the premiuma

It's been a full month, about a dozen emails, and this company refuses to talk. I've had to raise a cashback request with my bank since there is no customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Customer service does not exist in this company (unless you make a public complaint).

In reply to their last contact it appears that their system is not working properly. The 2 messages I sent them both were addressed to @coinstats.app as they told me to do. As I reported earlier they came back “No Address Found” and “Not Monitored “ It makes them look even more dishonest and untrustworthy.

TOOK MONEY WITHOUT PERMISSION!!!!
DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY
YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE
Cancelled my auto-renew annual subscription...
But they went ahead and charged me anyway!
I disputed the charge, but they keep deleting the chats and have now removed all evidence of the subscription cancellation on their app AND the billing app!!
All I have left is an email stating they don't refund auto-renewal disputes - UNBELIEVABLE!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED
THIS IS ACTUALLY UNLAWFUL
AVOID AVOID AVOID
there are so many better services out there!
EDIT:
in reply to the response below...
1. I cancelled my membership & you caharged me anyway, so it CAN happen
2. you're happy to help??? THEN WHY IS NO ONE REPLYING TO ANY MESSAGES / EMAILS I send regarding this???
3. I have dropped this review into all of the groups I am in (literally thousands of crypto trading members) and most of them have stopped recommending your product
4. I will continue distributing this review until you REFUND MY MONEY!!!

Are you going to keep bothering your Premium customers (who already pay a subscription!) by trying to force them to switch to the Degen offer? using an intrusive pop-up that appears every time they open the app and can't be closed!
You're making this application unusable and unbearable!
When customers pay, you force them to pay "even more"! Is this Coinstats' new strategy?
Don't be silly, let everyone choose the plan that suits their needs and stop this aggressive and invasive "promotion"!!!
We don't pay to put up with ad every time we launch the app!
I urge you to quickly release a fix in the next update to remove this unbearable promotion, or at least give your CUSTOMERS the option to click "not interested" so it disappears permanently!
We're not stupid, and we know how to do if we want to change our plan...
If our Premium subscription is not enough for you, we can however choose to change application...

I have the same problem as many, there is no unsubscribe button once subscription is over, and they keep trying to charge my bank!

Beware: discounted signup, unclear renewal, and no effective way to cancel
I signed up to CoinStats via a heavily discounted promotion (around $30/year). What was not clear at signup was that it would later renew at the full price of approximately $260.
When the renewal went through, I contacted CoinStats within about an hour to cancel and request a refund. The subscription has not been used at all since the charge, and I also submitted a cancellation request through their customer portal the same day.
Despite acting immediately and following up multiple times, I have received no resolution or refund, and support has stopped responding. This has left me $260 out of pocket for a service I never intended to continue.
The experience feels like users are drawn in by a discounted offer, but when an unexpected renewal occurs, there is no clear or effective way to cancel or resolve it quickly.
I’m posting this so others are aware to be very cautious, carefully check renewal pricing, and understand the cancellation process before subscribing. I hope CoinStats reaches out and resolves this.

Had a minor issue with accessing my account. Contacted customer sevice, got a quick reply back and after very short time my problem was solved. And besides that - they built very interesting crypto tracker. You will find much more information about various assets in here comparing to many of the mainstream products of this kind. So please check them out - it's worth it.

Update: They refunded the money, the product itself is not bad, but having no refunds as a policy is still not a good business practice.
If you somehow forget to cancel auto-renew they will charge you the full amount even if you got in with a promotional discounted rate and will not give you your money back. There will be 0 warning and support is not helpful at all. Their literal business model is to prey on people that forget to cancel auto-renew and not give them their money back. Unbelievable, would not recommend anyone to get this as it is not worth the headache. Support is non-existent.
They don't send promotional emails or anything else to remind you that they exist, again the whole goal is to steal your money, a service that does not warn or refund customers on auto-renews is a predatory business model and businesses that follow this practice should be put in the wall of shame.
