Some new techniques for an experienced old-timer!
I've been on lots of FA courses, and I didn't expect to learn anything new but Lucy has some great techniques and knowledge that was new to me! The course is a little intense, so it's a long old day... but there's coffee and a biscuits or too if you're lucky! Would recommend.

Excellent teacher
Lucy was an excellent teacher, she made learning about serious topics very enjoyable for a complete beginner. Great methods to remember what to do in an emergency, and very informative on everything! Couldn't recommend Lucy's first aid course enough, really enjoyed the day. Thankyou so much Lucy!

A very good first aid course
A very good first aid course, which was very informative and fun! Lucy taught us in detail, all forms of work place first aid in a lighthearted but also serious way. Would highly recommend!

Great day-long session
Really nice, friendly session. Good balance of humour and severity. The company worked quickly to deal with unforeseen challenges on the day and the session was of a very professional standard. Would definitely recommend the company.

Effective learning and demonstrations
Everything was very detailed and explained with a demonstration, signs and symptoms and treatment! Also gave me time to write down notes and answer my questions and make sure I was following along. Very great experience.

I’ve just completed a two day Paediatric First Aid course, it was informative and as training courses go, an enjoyable experience! Lucy the trainer was experienced and friendly in her manner. Without a doubt will book back on to refresh my training.
