SCAM
SCAM - do not buy… send an order confirmation and a tracking option with ITmagus where it seems it travels all over everywhere but never actually to the shipping address. Company is in Romania once you purchase you can see where the money goes. No contact numbers work, no teapinse to email. Bought with credit card and Barclays returned the money with no queries. Bought x2 canon power shot cameras for Christmas presents, ordered 23/11/25 DO NOT USE COLCUP.COM
This is a SCAM company
This is a SCAM company, they will process your order and send you a fake tracking number from a fake courier ItMagus, but you never receive the parcel. It just randomly moves about the country
This is a fraudulent and bogus company
This is a fraudulent and bogus company. They pretend item is being delivered by using bogus iTMagus Logistics tracking. Avoid like the plague.
DO NOT use this company it is…
DO NOT use this company it is completely FAKE
I stupidly fell for what looked like a very good offer on a Canon camera (a too good to be true offer) I should have realised something was wrong when payment went to a company in Romania called RAISPARADISE SRL. I was then sent to what seems a fake company in the Netherlands called iTMAGUS.COM which sent me updates on my parcel on it`s travels around Europe on my way to me my suspicions of a scam were confirmed when I got a message saying delivery had been attempted on 2 separate days, as I was at home both days I checked my cctv and surprise surprise nothing was seen. They gave me a name of a company in the Netherlands and a tracking number The company was called iTMAGUS Logistics this appears to be fake also as they do not respond to any emails, so do not be an Ian and fall for this scam I will try to get my money back but I didn`t use a credit card so probably no chance, but hopefully if you read this review you will not fall for this SCAM.
This isn't a real company but a scam
This isn't a real company but a scam. Same experience as all the other reviews; unfortunately when I ordered there were no reviews. I am luckily able to get my money back as paid on a credit card. Despicable people.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! COMPLETE SCAM!
I made the mistake of falling for the bargain prices and ordered a canon camera that was sold out everywhere else.
My first red flag was I didn’t get an order confirmation email, and the business name on my bank statement was different to the website. I have waited over a month now, tracking my parcel on ‘itmagus’ and it has followed the same route as the other reviews (all across Europe). Saying they have tried to deliver my parcel twice, yet I’ve been home both times.
Now it’s saying on hold waiting recipient instructions but no card was left, and no answers to emails or phone calls. I’ve now found out it’s a fake courier and the whole website is a scam.
Will try getting some money back from my bank but didn’t pay on credit card :(
Scam site
Scam site. No item delivered but a fake Dutch frieght company website link to give you false hope for weeks. Avoid.
Would have given 0 stars if I could. Scammers.
I ordered two simple items from Colcup almost a month ago. Since then, I’ve been treated to the world’s worst game of “Where’s Wally?”, except Wally is my parcel and he’s actively sprinting in the opposite direction to my house. Every day the tracking updates with yet another transit point, none of which are remotely near Scotland. At this point I think my order is trying to escape me.
Customer service? Absolutely mythical. Their phone number exists only in the warranty information which is hilarious, because you can’t need a warranty for items that will never actually arrive. Email response to order issues are quick but don’t expect any response to emails chasing your order down from either Colcup. And the freight company, ITMAGUS, has a Dutch phone number that, shocker, doesn’t work either and their email responses are zero too. I’ve had more meaningful conversations with automated tills.
In summary - Colcup, please stop pretending you’re a functioning business. My parcels have travelled more of Europe than I have, and I’ve still got nothing to show for it except rising blood pressure and a deep distrust of anything labelled “in transit”
Reported as fraud to the credit card company.
Avoid. Unless you enjoy disappointment and international parcel tourism.
Scam site…
Can’t believe I fell for this scam site as I am always so careful. When I ordered there was no negative trust pilot reviews (should have realise 1st alarm bell) I am
Receiving parcel updates from IT magus logistics (dear valued customer rather than my name should have been a give away) that are complete rubbish that my parcel is making its way to me. Next thing will be failed delivery I’m sure.
Called CC company and they think it’s a scam but I need to wait a few more days for it to play out before I can put in a chargeback request. Feel so stupid as I did think the price was too good for the camera. Annoyingly the camera is now OOS on Canon and other trusted sites so I can’t even purchase elsewhere
These are a complete scam beware

“ bought “ a LG 55” tv from this mob
Realised when the payment went out to a company in Romania that I’m never going to receive the item. Don’t reply to emails, item shows as going through customs in Rotterdam, have now seen other people’s comments too. Bank are now dealing with this as a dispute, luckily enough I’d used a credit card, so should be fine
Was OctoHubs
Was OctoHubs. Read reviews for OctoHubs before purchasing from this company. It’s the same scam.
Tried to purchase a pressure washer but…
Tried to purchase a pressure washer but payment initiated a SCAM WARNING from my card supplier. John Lewis Credit card.
Purchase never proceeded.
I emailed the company explaining this but had no response. I presume from this that their website is a scam so would advise avoiding them for your safety.
