We have purchased 18 windows from Colin’s. Before we placed the order, we did almost 2 months of discussion and recheck and changed much of the measurements. Many thanks Didi, for the exceptional service, she always has patience and replies quickly. The delivery was on schedule, it takes almost 8 weeks.
There is no complaint for the reasonable price compared to the good quality.
I suggest you need to check with your window fitter really be careful before confirmed to issue the order.
We are thankful for the Colin’s especially Didi and now very happy with the new windows, it makes our house look fantastic.

We have had a very long and difficult experience since purchasing all our windows from Colins sashs, they didn't fit properly and needed to be replaced. After months and months of trying to get it sorted the only person that helped us was Paul, what a star! He came 3 times to our house in Norfolk, miles from where he lives, and after endless chasing and wasted time he finally fitted our correct new windows! They are just great, a huge thank-you to Paul, brilliant job, you deserve a medal!!! 🙂 Steve & Hannah

Lovely windows ordered supply only. Delivery was within a reasonable time frame. Ordered the front windows followed by the back windows the following year. We had a couple of minor issues with a couple of the windows. The after care was amazing. They personally came out and resolved the issues theirselves which is very good for a supply only purchase.

Colin’s Sash Windows are amazing! Before ordering I viewed the windows in person, they are very good quality with loads of extras so you can customise your windows to suit your taste. The customer services team and Paul the In-House Engineer have been incredible at helping me measure my windows correctly and giving me advice. The lead times for delivery were far less than I thought too, I can’t wait to receive my new windows!

As an architectural company we are always looking for great company’s to collaborate with, we have no hesitation in recommending Colin sash windows. As we have used them for nearly all of our sites that require new sash windows. I have personally used them for my own property and love what the guys there are doing in terms of quality of product for customer service.

Colin's a great guy and does his best to make sure everything is right. He sells good products at good prices.
Our renovation has so far required 5 sets of French doors, 24 sash windows, a custom arch window and a front door. There have been a few niggles, due to the manufacturer not Colin, but these have all been resolved thanks to his customer support guy Paul.
We still have another 8 windows to go and will continue to use Coin's Sash WIndows as they're a pleasure to deal with.

Amazing products at amazing prices, great value for money. We brought 28 woodgrain sash windows and rear arched external doors. The quality is great. There were a few issues which we very quickly resolved, Paul their Tech Support has been brilliant and nothing is too much trouble. Elena the sales lady again was attentive and actioned all of our requests. Spend the time to check all the extras and finishes you want. Go for all the options if your budget allows. The cost saving from Wood was huge and they look the same if not better. The delivery driver Mick was amazing too. Thanks and would recommend / use again.

We bought several doors and windows from Colin and his company as part of a big renovation project in our house. All the the items we bought were great value and look fantastic. The only thing that surpasses this was the customer service. Having dealt with differing contractors as part of our project made me realise how rare and excellent Colin and his team are. He was very, knowledgeable, patient and helpful in putting our order together. What really stood out is when a minor mistake was made Colin and his team rectified this quickly and professionally and went out of their to ensure it didn’t lead to any extra stress or complications on our side.
We would highly recommend this company and would certainly use them again

Paul came out to fix an issue with our windows. He is an absolute credit to the company and probably one of the nicest glaziers we’ve met (after much trauma and expense trying to get the issue sorted.)
He drove from Lincolnshire to London to sort out the issue which he resolved within an hour. As well as clearly being an excellent glazier, he is also a true gentleman. Thank you Paul. We are immensely grateful.

From start to finish, you feel very strongly that the man behind the company orchestrates every thing with love and passion and with great care. When ever you ask a question, whenever you need assistance, they're there to help, not finding a way to get out of it. That makes it a great company. They are there for you and you know that. I'm an interior designer and had so many windows installed over the years but none of them got it so right. I'd say its the best window company in this country

Great company to deal with and excellent product at a good price. Also very good advice from Paul the fitter they recommended. Would definitely use again.

We have had great service from start to finish from Colins Sash windows - from the knowledgeable sales team - Velina and Didi were always quick to get back to me and answered my many many questions - (no matter how obvious they were!) to Stephanie who kindly arranged for us to view the products before we placed our order, to Paul - who’s customer service was second to none - we couldn’t have asked for a better after care experience! From fixing an arm that we accidentally bent on one of our windows - to assisting with the installation of our doors - Paul was amazing - really great guy - super knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble for him.

The quality of the products is just great - we ordered new woodgrain sash windows for the front of our house and the black heritage doors for the back - both look amazing - we are so so happy and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Colins Sash Windows

What attentive and excellent service. Elena was hugely helpful in her guidance and really knows the products well. She replied within the day to any email queries I had.

Great windows at a great price. Ordered 40 windows from Colin for our new hone and we saved a lot of money compared to our local window company. Had a few issues after a while but Paul came out and sorted them out. Paul has also gone as far as ordering some new rubber seals for us as he wasn’t happy with how they were fitted, he is coming back next week to install them too! Very happy customer.

Fantastic service and product by Colin sash windows , dealt mainly with Elena who was amazing she answered my many queries quickly and efficiently, I had a problem with the utility door hinges(no fault of CSW) which she replaced and shipped to me within 1 day which really helped me out due to security a concern at the property, I thoroughly recommend this company to anyone thinking of using them .
