My son went to pick up the parcel for me with no problem.

Even though I pay to be delivered to my front door, every now and then they leave it at the pick up point. Their excuse is that nobody was home but there is always someone home. So they are lazy and just take all the packages there and leave them to be picked up. Terrible service. Had to carry heavy mirrors many blocks... and paid extra for home delivery never getting my money back.
Usually it's used by DHL or UPS. They should switch to another company!

Delivered on time in good condition, no fuss, no problems.

There was not attempt to deliver the parcel to my home, where I was sitting all day waiting for it. In the late afternoon I got an email that the parcel had been delivered to a collection point on the other side of the city from my home. To pick it up would require an Uber, or various modes of transport across the city.
They had the nerve to say they had made an attempt at my home. If this is so, why did they not leave a notice? Obviously the driver was overworked, or just lazy, and didn't even come to my part of the city.

The worst ever! And i have still not got my package. I was home all the time, but they kept sending emails that they can't deliver. But they never came or called!! And now they dropped it off at the worst pickup point for me, and when i went to get it walking 16 mins in 37° the point is closed due to technical issues. I might never order from Sephora if they keep using this service.

Liars, liars, crooks!!

Colis Prive have failed to deliver my package THREE times over the last 5 weeks. Three scheduled dates, three days of waiting at home, no show every time. I have cancelled the order from Hexclad because this cowboy outfit cannot or will not fulfill their one and only job.

They have one job. Delivery the packages to homes. And they fail more than 99% of the time

My parcel was stated as delivered, although it was not, and i am absolutely sure about that. No messages, calls, etc. I've placed a reclamation and still pending for response for 4 days...horrible delivery and no line for customer service.

Bought items from Amazon (€200 worth). I had all the messages to say it’s coming and when to expect it. 1240pm comes the message ‘We attempted delivery’. No they did not. That is a lie. I was waiting in my garden. There was no van that was there at that time. I pay for Prime and that allows set delivery dates. Twice no in 10 days delivery companies have lied about trying to deliver.

Further proof that Amazon in France is hijacked by useless French delivery companies who hire drivers that when it’s nice weather or late pm decide to just call it a day. That is not a professional service and I suggest avoiding Colis Prive

The second time the carrier called once, quickly hanging up and before I could get to the phone. I needed a package before a birthday, then rescheduled for the day of the birthday and now nothing.
