Bad delivery service
On multiple occasions, I have stayed at home specifically to receive a parcel, only to later receive a notification stating that delivery could not be completed due to lack of access. This claim is inaccurate, as I was present and available at the address at the time of the supposed delivery attempt. In other instances, I have received notifications indicating that a parcel was delivered when in fact it was not.
These repeated incidents are extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I consider this practice misleading and highly disruptive, as it forces customers to unnecessarily collect parcels from pickup points despite being available for delivery.
I therefore request that this matter be investigated and that appropriate measures be taken to prevent this situation from recurring. Furthermore, I do not wish for any of my future parcels to be handled or delivered by Coli prive.

I order from shein
I order from shein, aliexpreess, and others places like that and eveytime when they choose to deliver with Colis Prive i had problems. Last time i ordered was 2 week ago and sayd in aplication "we tryied to order but the adress was incorrect/i wasn't able to pick up" and the adress is the same like i had on other ordere. I was home all day waiting for pick but they didn't even try to deliver. They just said i can't come and leave it to the pick up poit. The matter of fact they messaged me at 16:00 i have to go pick up and the pick up point close at 16:00. Lack of professionalism.

This is the worst shipment company I have ever seen
The first day, I missed a call from an unknown number. The call lasted exactly one second. I had no chance to answer, even though my phone was close to me on my desk.
I couldn't call back. There was no answer, and the answering machine came on.
The second day, the same thing happened. But this time, I answered instantly. But the person who called me simply hung up. I heard it clearly.
I couldn't call back again. Another answering machine.
I'm sitting by the window and can see all the cars outside my building.
No one was there. Not the first time, not the second.
No one entered the building.
No one rang the intercom.
Even though my name and apartment number are listed there.
This is the third time this has happened with this company.
I didn't choose this company. And I never recommend it. Amazon ships through this company. There's nothing I can do about it.
I even cancelled my paid subscription from Amazon because there is no point in such a service.

I waited home for 2 days
I waited home for 2 days, with a giant "I am here" with my phone number ( just in case ) taped to the front door, and still no delivery. They then claim on their crappy site that I was not there! Then my parcel can not be found.
Useless service, useless drivers, useless website. You´d be safer to just throw your parcels in the rubbish and hope they arrive somewhere else than use Colis Prive.

L'un des pires services de livraison que j'aie jamais vus !
- Aucune information sur votre colis pendant des jours, voire des semaines.
- Votre colis est censé être livré à domicile, mais ils ne prennent même pas la peine de l'envoyer chez vous mais à des kilomètres de chez vous, chez un partenaire local, au lieu de le déposer à votre bureau de poste ou dans un point relais Mondial Relay (qui sont partenaires).
- Service client inexistant : un chatbot inutile et aucune réponse aux e-mails. N'essayez même pas de les contacter par téléphone, c'est peine perdue !
À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT !
P.-S. : Les avis positifs sont forcément truqués !

One of the worst delivering services i've ever encountered in my entire life!
- No information about your package until days or weeks later
- Your package is supposed to be delivered at your home but they won't even bother and send it MILES away from your home to some local partner instead of putting it at your local post office or some Mondial Relay locker (they're partners)
- No customer support: a botchat that won't help and they don't answer emails. Don't even try the phone, it's pointless!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

among the wrost deliver company in Belgium
This is the second time I received my parcel, which is about to be delivered, but guess what?? The driver couldn't attempt to deliver it. That also what does it mean? He was almost near my house, but he had a stomachache, he came by bike, and the wheel broke again?? He finished the fuel in the van just 200 m from my house. The worst is that there is no customer service, and even if you make a claim, it says they will reply within 3 days. Really,3 days? I worked in customer service, specifically in the complaints department, in the UK. 3 days is an insult to customers who are frustrated with a product you have been mismanaging. It should be in the 24 hours. There is no virtual chat or any way to get in touch with them. Also, your sorting system always messes up the address. Once I had to pick it up 1 km away from my house. The company that sold the product wrote my address well, but you messed up twice. Ridiculous, unprofessional and illiterate company.

Worst ever- AVOID
Only selected one star because zero wasn’t an option. A delivery company that does not actually deliver. 28 Amazon packages ordered as a business user the last two months and not one delivered, excuses of needing more address details, nobody to accept package and address inaccessible. Complete joke and avoid at all costs!
