Parts of delivery got stolen by courrier

I got my parcel delivered through prive colis, unfortunately, the box arrived half full. One shoe pair + the packing ticket were missing. The bottom half of the box was clearly opened and taped shut a second time with different tape. Contacted seller, who contacted Colis prive. They gave me only 2,5 workdays to respond and closed the case without looking at the info.

worst courier company.

many many times they say unable to deliver,we were in on each time they say this, either the courier is stupid or his sat nav does not work,there is a bell at the gate or even hoot there horn to let me know there here,but NOthey cant seem to do this either,worst courier company we have come accross.

The delivery driver consistently leaves…

The delivery driver consistently leaves my packages in a public corridor. This area is accessible to everyone, leading to the current situation where my package is missing.

Worst courier ever!!!!I

Worst ever!!!!I received a lot of packages that they went back because the driver NEVER comes at home and let them in a package point end I can’t find out where.I don’t receive any mail,just see on the sender website “available in the pick up point “.Where???????And in this way after 2 weeks they go back to the sender.

Delays for no reason - not possible to contact

Packages travel around the world in a few days, but as soon as they are treated with this garbage company, in a tiny country like Belgium they can take easily a week.
Walking would be quicker...
Shame on you and the stupid companies still using your "services"...

worst postal service ever

worst postal service ever, lost my first package that went through them, and to contact them you have to pay €2/min on the phone. truly insane!

Idk why Amazon still works with them…

Idk why Amazon still works with them tbh. They never ring your doorbell, they don't offer you any alternative (leave with neighbour etc) their website is literally suspended? Worst delivery service ever, and there's lots of bad ones.

I tried three times without ever…

I tried three times without ever receiving my package. They arrive after 8 p.m. or on Sundays and leave without warning. It's impossible to know where the package is. After ten days, I finally found it in a mailbox. When they claim to deliver something, you can be sure it will never arrive.

Colis Privé are the worst delivery…

Colis Privé are the worst delivery company in France. We have had no problems with any of the other delivery companies but Colis privé consistently deliver appalling service. They say your parcel is delivered when it is not but they insist that it is.

We had parcels being delivered to the wrong address down the road. It’s a derelict property! When I queried it they insisted that their delivery person delivered it. He did deliver it BUT not to the address on the package.

It’s time that they implemented the proof of delivery by taking a photo. It took us 4-5 weeks to work out what was going on so now if my parcel is marked as delivered but not in my box I walk down the road to check the unoccupied property.

I am out of pocket by over €100 but Colis Privé have no way for their customers to get in touch easily so I am totally frustrated on how to resolve this issue!!

It had been 2 months now and quite clearly an issue with one of their delivery people as some parcels still come to us. I don’t buy online where I see the delivery company is Colis Privé !
Colis Privé, please bring in proof of delivery by having your delivery people take a photo of the parcel at the given address and please have a designated email address for your customers to contact you in the event of a problem.

Very bad courier

Very bad courier. For two parcels on two different days they didn’t come to deliver at my home, and didn’t provide any information of where the parcels were sent. No notice, no email, nothing. I had to check myself why the parcels are not arriving to see they are at a pick up place without any address provided. I had to write to the shop i ordered from to get the address because the tracking link also didn’t have any information!!! All this to find finally find out the pick up spot is inside a car parking! I never had a worse experience with a courier. This concerns orders Q10207051891B1050 and Q10207129977B1050

Excellent delivery from Colis Privé !!!!

I am very satisfied with Colis Privé !!!! The delivery went very smoothly !!!! The driver came right to my home and handed me the package I had ordered !!!! And with the tracking number, I had complete traceability and could follow its progress !!!! Plus, I received emails from Colis Privé to keep me informed and let me know that my package would be delivered that day !!!! So thank you, Colis Privé !!!!

ABYSMAL

Colis Prive are amazingly good at saying that they have attempted to deliver parcels but they haven't.
Also great at not delivering on a rescheduled date.
Even better at never delivering your parcel.
Without a doubt, the worst courier service in France.
I think if I could use one word to describe them it would have to be ABYSMAL.

colis prive is a fraud courier service…

colis prive is a fraud courier service in Belgium. Either they say package delivered or delivery attempted but failed both are lie. They never deliver correctly.. They should not be in this business.. most unprofessional and scammers

Colis Prive needs to be a business case that is widely studied in all business school because it's absolutely amazing to deliver such horrible services to your customers and still be alive and kicking :)

Package was not delivered. Lost my money, my time, my peace. As a customer my only weapon is only leaving a shitty review, how amazing <3<3<3
