This delivery service is the worst:

- Either your parcel will get broken
- Or your parcel will get forced into your mailbox, trying to break your mailbox in the proces so it is nearly impossible to ever get it out of your mailbox
- Or the parcel gets pushed into my garden, underneath my garden door breaking my wire under the door and of course ensuring that your parcel can be left to the weather Gods.
- and if you are home while they should deliver, forget about it. They will not ring your door, because that would mean they would actually need to work that day. Better is to just take your parcel to a random shop in the city so you will need to get there and pay parking, because the delivery service also costs money, just not enough.
- you cannot reach customer service, a complaint can only be filed after a web form and will take at least a week if ever to get a response. So if you lost a package, good luck.

Basically worst company ever.
I have yet to get a good experience with them. I hope they will never deliver my parcels again. Sadly as a consumer you just cannot choose the delivery system.

Worst delivery company in France

Worst delivery company in France. They promise delivery and don't show. Drivers routinely lie and say they "were unable to deliver your package" when they simply couldn't be bothered to come to the house. Then they leave the parcel at a local pickup point ("relais") and expect the customer will then go in search of it, despite having paid for home delivery. Companies using Colis Privé should know this : I never go searching for a product that Colis Privé can't be bothered delivering. I simply let them be returned to you after non-collection, you issue me a refund, and then I buy the same or similar product from someone else.

Parts of delivery got stolen by courrier

I got my parcel delivered through prive colis, unfortunately, the box arrived half full. One shoe pair + the packing ticket were missing. The bottom half of the box was clearly opened and taped shut a second time with different tape. Contacted seller, who contacted Colis prive. They gave me only 2,5 workdays to respond and closed the case without looking at the info.

worst courier company.

many many times they say unable to deliver,we were in on each time they say this, either the courier is stupid or his sat nav does not work,there is a bell at the gate or even hoot there horn to let me know there here,but NOthey cant seem to do this either,worst courier company we have come accross.

The delivery driver consistently leaves…

The delivery driver consistently leaves my packages in a public corridor. This area is accessible to everyone, leading to the current situation where my package is missing.

Worst courier ever!!!!I

Worst ever!!!!I received a lot of packages that they went back because the driver NEVER comes at home and let them in a package point end I can’t find out where.I don’t receive any mail,just see on the sender website “available in the pick up point “.Where???????And in this way after 2 weeks they go back to the sender.

Delays for no reason - not possible to contact

Packages travel around the world in a few days, but as soon as they are treated with this garbage company, in a tiny country like Belgium they can take easily a week.
Walking would be quicker...
Shame on you and the stupid companies still using your "services"...
