False updates
They said they could not deliver to a PO Box, but the delivery address is the street address of my office. They claim to have tried to deliver, but they didn't. (There is a reception desk that can accept packages.) They claimed I requested a late address change, but I didn't. I suspect they were late processing the shipment and are now just looking to drop off the package at a point de relais, because the driver couldn't be bothered to look for the delivery address.

Omg can you stop delivering with the ambiguous slot "within the next two days" that is often not true and just let people choose pick up point or a more precise slot for delivery directly when notifying them that you have the package?? This way you can easily avoid delivering when people are not available for pick up and organise yourself sooner. Also your "within the next two days" does not always work and I often had to wait way more for the first delivery attempt that was not even successful. Guess why. BECAUSE YOU DID NOT LET ME CHOOSE A DELIVERY SLOT OR A PICKUP POINT. Honestly I don't know how this company is still alive.

Completely useless
Colis Prive was used by the equally appalling Easypara to deliver a package in 2 days. It took 26 days.
I tried to contact them but the did not answer.
Easypara told me Colis Prive had lost it, then found it, then lost again until Colis Prive emailed to tell me it was delayed because they did not have a driver fro my region.
What utter nonsense.
The package was eventually resent by LaPoste and was delivered successfully by them.
Avoid this company and Easypara at all costs.

This is a fraud. My parcel has not been delivered neither I could redirect it or get reimbursement. This is to be reported to the authorities.

According to website of Colis prive I received a parcel from Aliexpress on 23 May 2026 at with signature. Up to now, I did not receive anything. I was at home at the time, but I did not see a courier, and I have not signed anything. On 25 May 2026 I filed a complaint on the website, but I did not receive an answer. I tried to call them today, but the telephone number does not exist. So now, I have sent an email to colis prive, hopefully I will get an answer.

Driver says the package was left in my mailbox, but nothing is there. This is the second package they have "lost" in 2 months. Generally, they fail to deliver on time, even after making further appointments for their missed deliveries. My heart sinks every time I order something from Amazon and see it is being delivered by Colis Prive! I contact Colis Prive every time a delivery is missed or goes missing but I have never had a reply, apology or explanation why packages were not delivered. Colis Prive, in my opinion are the worst carriers I have had the misfortune to use. I cannot understand why Amazon use them. CP may reply to this review and they will tell me to contact them, I have, dozens of times, but never got a response.
Driver gets lost, or too many packages to deliver?
And again the driver does not manage to find my house, apparently. The same address as always, has not changed, is always correct on the package. But without good reason there's suddenly something wrong with the address. The same address they deliver something to at least 2 or 3 times a month, from the same shipper, using the same address on the label.
But what I actually expect is that Colis Prive simply overburdens their drivers and they don't manage to deliver the packages in time, so to avoid getting in trouble with the boss they claim 'problems with the address'.
But that means -I- have to fix YOUR problem, 'dear' Colis Prive. Your service royally SUCKS.
