Colis Prive needs to be a business case…

Colis Prive needs to be a business case that is widely studied in all business school because it's absolutely amazing to deliver such horrible services to your customers and still be alive and kicking :)

Package was not delivered. Lost my money, my time, my peace. As a customer my only weapon is only leaving a shitty review, how amazing <3<3<3

Terrible service

Terrible service. Twice now, they sent me a message that my package could not be delivered, even when I was at home.

They just don't do their job and deposit the package at a 'pick up location', because that is easier for them. The first time that 'pick up location' was 250 (!) km away.

Now again they did not deliver, while I was at home. God knows where they send my package this time.

Furthermore, it is impossible to contact them by phone and they don't respond to emails / complaints.

This is the worst courier ever!

DO NOT USE COLIS PRIVE - TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible delivery service. Do not know why Amazon use Colis Prive. Did not deliver my parcel. Did not deliver the next day either. Then they could not find the tracking number they gave me on Amazon. No contact at all. Cannot contact anyone. Zero help available.

Marked as delivered under signature, but never received.
ZERO communication with customer support.
Unfortunately, Amazon.be seems to love this trash delivery company as a partner.

Delivery was delayed and whoever delivered didn't even come to the door

Delivery was delayed and tracking showed packages were out for delivery for two days before they arrived. Then had an email to say there were still on their way. Amazon showed them as delayed. Whoever delivered did not come to the front door (or we would have had a notification from our Ring doorbell) and just left the packages at the corner of the house. Amazon recorded delivery at 19:21 when we were in the garden and we didn't find them until the next day when we checked the tracking. The value was 158.88 euros, so not happy about them just being left with no notice.

Absolute hideous service

Absolute hideous service. They keep losing my packages, no information about where they left them and they never follow delivery instructions. I don’t understand how they are still in business as this is a wide spread issue.

THEY DID NOT ATTEMPT DELIVERY (Lying)

I was given a date for (important) delivery, so I was home all day, Colis Privé claimed they attempted delivery, THEY DID NOT! I rearranged for another date, I stayed home, they later claimed to have attempted delivery, THEY DID NOT! ... I arranged for closest Relay drop (not easy as 10 km away). So when I went to drop ... They had not delivered! ............ Now seller sent a new package as this first one is lost. ... I still don't believe the result. ..... I stayed home all day, they claimed they tried, THEY DID NOT! .... So rearranged new date, I stayed home all day, they claimed to have attempted delivery, THEY DID NOT!. Our home is an easy delivery place in center of small town, and easy to find and easy to park. Plus this package is the size of a coffee cup. Colis Privé are a fraud that should not be operating, terrible company. I would give Zero stars if possible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
