Missing parcels / Opened parcels / Always a wrong status of delivery

Like almost everyone else states: The package was "delivered" in my letterbox. Guess what was in my letterbox: absolutely nothing. Lost an expensive parcel, and now I entered a weeklong discussion with the seller, who of course cannot do anything. 100% of the other times something arrived by them, the packages were already open. I tried notifying amazon, and every other vendor working with them, to NEVER use their service. Perhaps if complaints grow in number, this company can stop existing, and we can finally get our parcels. I wonder how difficult it is to be truthful about delivering something. Someone clearly presses that "delivered" button, even though they never reached your house / mailbox / doorbell.

Never contacted about delivery and sent to pick up point week later

I ordered it to my apartment and in the day of delivery I received an email saying that they had tried to deliver it to me but were unable to. I never received a call or email. They simply did not try. I had to wait a whole extra week for them to deliver it to a collection point for me to then take the extra time to pick up.

Poor delivery

They tried to deliver to the wrong addres, and returned my package to sender without even trying the correct address or a collection point

They are liars

They are liars, they say “ We attempted to deliver your package, you was not at home”! 2 days they lie, and after they put the box in some parcel relay far from your address. It’s not the first time with me, I just don’t understand why to lie??! It’s my birthday today, I’ve sit at home all day waiting for this parcel, just have no words! Terrible service

This is the worst delivery service…

This is the worst delivery service ever. They claim the driver attempted delivery, but in reality, they never even tried to reach me. For three days in a row, I haven’t received my package, even though I stayed home.

Collection point was completely closed

They claim they attempted delivery even though I was home and the doorbell never rang. I then received an email saying the package had been left at a collection point. When I went there four separate times it was completely closed due to a change in management. I filed a complaint through their website but they responded by saying I never went to pick it up and that it would be returned to the sender, as if the collection point had ever been open for me to retrieve it.

Not a good level of service

Not a good level of service. It was slow and never indicated any timeline for receipt of the package. Even in the day of delivery, just told it would be delivered , but no idea as to the time of day, morning or evening , nor a window to be available in the house.

each time my amazon orde reaches them…

each time my amazon orde reaches them my hart some pulses. On average, 80 % of the time I run into some issues. They are not able to deliver to the central magazin of the university, and drop my stuf in the most sketchy drop off points. Last time i found my package with RAM behind a frame, storred behid a rack in a drop off point " sons particulier in elsene" after two hours of searching in a smoke filled messy place audio repairs shop. Stay away !!!! today I lost my gloves... These people should realy up their game cause it can not get any worse!

Twice I got a message my delivery was…

Twice I got a message my delivery was delayed and asked to plan in a new one. Twice they said they couldn't delver, without further explenation. They only said to plan in a new one, what I did. Very unprofessional service!!!

They "lose" packages. Terrible choice of courier.

I received a message from them saying "We are pleased to inform you that your CAINIAO package XXXXX has been delivered to your mailbox." However, there's nothing in my mailbox and it's not a confusing one. It's at the entrance of the building, extremely clearly marked with displayed names. So, I received nothing, but thanks to Colis Prive the sender thinks that I did.
