I had a confirmed delivery date of 28 March and like so many other people have complained here about, I stayed at home and waited all day (very annoying in itself as they give no timeframes just 8am-7pm) and no one showed and there was no communication. I also have security cameras at front door bell so there was definitely no show at all.

I'd just moved into my new flat and my name wasn't on the interphone yet. The driver took the time to go into the building and look for my letterbox.

Wow Worst than B-Post is an achievement. Pretended to ring the door bell and then left. Everyone was home.

Every time the company says an attempt has been made to deliver, so they can blame customers for late deliveries. Then codes being sent out seems to be hit and miss and the attitudes of the delivery staff is offensive and sometimes aggressive. You raise an issue and they do not respond or take their operatives word without question. they are not to be trusted edit they then send an automated apology and contact address, complaints to which often remain unanswered. My parcel was send to a collection point, they asked the name of the company ‘catastrophe’ was th answer they gave me.

I've always had problems with colis privee but this time it was perfect. I received an e-mail before they arrived and than no problèmes.

Always a mess.

You wait for them all day. They call you once. If you miss it, you miss it. No message, no chance of retracing the delivery person. Reschedule the delivery and the same issue again.

If the merchant didn't use this shitty service, I would never ever EVER select them as a delivery partner.

Package was not delivered after three tries. Every time someone was present at delivery location. When it finally arrived, the content (an expensive mobile tablet) was switched for some very cheap items. Filed a complaint for theft with the police.

Always the same, if I see the choice of delivery has become Colis Prive I start to wonder when it will arrive.
Their tracking system is below average, almost no details provided.
Always the same messages, package delivery delayed.
I have never received a package on time via them, and it's always a mystery why every other delivery company can do it on time, but Colis Prive never can.

The package never arrived, infact it got sent back to the company itself. Delivery driver had been provided all the details but didn't bother pressing the doorbell nor placing the package at the house. This has happened twice.

The worst delivery company in the world. They rely on lies and deception. They say the address is incorrect or that no one is home. Other delivery companies deliver orders to the same address. I truly hate them. I currently have three pending orders with them.

Fast and efficient! Polite delivery person.
