Packaging didn't protect the product
Packaging didn't protect the product: copies were received bend and wrinkled/unusable. Actual print quality & color rendition were fine.

Fast, accurate, and beautiful
The pieces you printed for us came out beautiful. And the digital proof was sent to me later the same day that I placed my order.
I'm sorry I haven't written sooner, but the pieces were at the office, and I just saw them for the first time this evening.

Still have not received my item. Now trash since event has passed.
Update: After I posted this review the company reached out and offered me a refund on my order.
I ordered a bunch of media guides for an event. You guys said it was going to be delivered December 5th. It is now December 12th and I still have not received it. FedEx does not even have a date it will be delivered. My event I needed it for has already passed. I sent an email and was told it was FedEx’s problem and not yours. I have ordered through you guys before and had no issues. Now I will have to look for another place since I can’t trust it will get to me on time or things be made right. Spent hundreds on what will be trash if I ever receive it.

Hi, we are sorry to hear that your order did not make it on time, because Fedex seems to have lost your package. Fedex is currently investigating the issue but their timing is out of our control. We provide our clients with tracking information as soon as the shipping documents are created so that they can monitor the delivery process from their end, request the courier to message them and more.
We understand your frustration, but at the same time it is important that you keep in mind the context of your order:
#1 - You placed your order on Nov 22nd.
#2 - Our team identified some issues with your files to achieve the results that you wanted. It took you several days to fix the issues until you finally submitted and approved the artwork on Nov 25th, at 4:54pm. Our website makes it clear that production time only gets started when the files are approved, which moves the whole job cycle.
#3 - Your approval came on the week of Thanksgiving which took some of the working days necessary to complete your order off the calendar. Your job got shipped on Dec 2nd via ground shipping services as you had ordered.
Our team wants you to know that we made every effort to work with you during the file updating process and the rest of the production.
Our recommendation for future orders will be to consider a few extra days to place your order, and select a guaranteed delivery method, such as Fedex Express services if there is an in-hand date that is not flexible.
Shipping couriers do not lose packages often, but every now and then, when hurricanes or winter storms occur, their ground systems seem to not be ideal for clients with must-meet deadlines.
We hope that you decide to order from us in the future again.
Excellent Quality
We have used Color Copies USA's "Cheap Copies" for the past three years to print our annual Christmas card and the quality and price are excellent. The only negative is that shipping with FedEx is very expensive.
