Greatly disappointed
I am greatly disappointed with the service I received. I ordered a product on November 15th as a birthday gift for someone. I did not receive the item until December 26th. The delay apparently due to COVID. I sent an email indicating that I wanted to return the product for a full refund as it was longer of use to me. I received an email with instructions/address...but no shipping label. The cost of the product was $55. Shipping was $30, which is outrageous, but that's what I agreed to. However, to return it, I paid an additional shipping fee of $27 only to have the item sent back to me. I emailed this information on March 15th, and I have yet to receive a response. I have spent way too much time and money and am greatly disappointed.

So pretty! The products are beautiful! Customer service was also spot on! It was my complete fault but I ordered the wrong product. CB went way able and beyond to help rectify my mistake. I will be ordering with them again.
Absolutely terrible service
Had a keyboard cover arrive but the lettering on it was all off-centre. Like you could clearly see something had gone wrong in manufacturing and the letters were now printed more to the right. I emailed the team right away after it was delivered (& attached multiple photos) and their solutions were for me to either pay out of my own pocket to send it back (I live in another country so that's ridiculously expensive) or for ME to BUY the item again at a small discount (if I left them a review). I had to reiterate it wasn't a change of mind/wrong product, but was in fact faulty (so asking me to pay for their mistake was ridiculous). It ended up taking several emails for just that to be established before finally, they said they'd look into it (I even had to screenshot their own faulty item warranty policy from their website for them). A week later, I hadn't heard anything so emailed again for an update. They said it was still under investigation so I left it another two weeks (so all together it had been going on for over a month at this point) except this time they never replied to me AT ALL. I assumed they were done trying to help me and this was just all a run-around, so a few weeks later I had to open a Paypal dispute. Attached everything, wrote it all out... and even then they never replied. I only got my money back in the end after I escalated it to PayPal who ruled in my favour. So disappointed. I really wanted this item too (I had been so excited) but what arrived looked cheap- not the quality I expected for the price at all. I would have been happy to send it back (at their cost) or for a replacement. I didn't even want my money back ultimately... I just wanted a keyboard cover that looked how it was supposed to. I NEVER write bad reviews but I've literally never had such bad customer service before. Normally if something is fixed, I'll let it go. But this was just horrible behaviour and incredibly frustrating. First time for everything I guess.
Great customer service & accommodating

Really great customer service would work with them again . Love my replacement better than the original . It was positive experience for me . It really was . Thank you colourbanana team

Same thing is happening to me I wish I would read the reviews placed a order on 2/25/21 with expedited shipping got charged but no tracking info or anything wasn't sent to me and I have emailed them 3 times and there is no response... Sooooo after contacting them 3 times and posting on here. I received email that I'm about to go read. I find it funny that I got no response until I posted on here. WOW that part !!

Disappointing and Incompetent
This company is uncooperative and incompetent. I placed my order over a month ago, paid for expedited shipping (Over $20) only to be informed that they lost my tracking number - 3 and a half weeks after someone told me it was shipped. It's such a shame because they have pretty designs, but fail their customers. As a business, they should immediately refund my expedited shipping costs, but keep blaming the pandemic. Yet, any other products I have ordered do not take 6 weeks with 3 day shipping. They responded to my emails until I demanded a refund. Now they are neglecting to respond. I wish I trusted the myriad of negative reviews (search for their company name plus scam and you will find them) I am a teacher and my students have waited over 2 months for their items. All of their parents are compiling a complaint to the Better Business Buearu as we are all being ignored. Deeply disappointing and stealing innocent customers money.
