I placed my order on 12/7 for a…

I placed my order on 12/7 for a Christmas present. This is January 10th and still haven’t received my order. No update and no response from emails I’ve sent asking for info. Update 1/11/21. My order finally came today.

So happy with my case!

So happy with my case not only does it look exactly like the picture but way better in person. It’s exactly what I was looking for. I like cases on everything when I can and this case feels great!

I have ordered from this website more than once!

I have ordered from this website more than once! Great place to get a case for your MacBook.

This last time that I ordered from here I received a case that didn’t fit on my computer. Their customer service has been helpful in regards to exchanging the order for the right case.

I always get a bit worried about…

I always get a bit worried about ordering online from places I haven't yet and about a week and a half before Christmas I ordered a snap case package for my niece, I paid for express shipping to make sure it arrived in time, the next day I realized I ordered the wrong size case so I immediately sent a message to Colour about it, it took a day or two to get a message back but understandable considering the time of year. They asked questions to make sure the right case is being sent and were still quick to get my order corrected and sent out. I didn’t get the order till the week after because I ordered wrong to start, so I suggest making sure if your ordering do it right the first time! And if you don’t you won’t be expected to wait forever to have it corrected. Thank you again ColourBanana! I will absolutely order from you again

scam website! refuse to refund for item shown as not sent yet

I ordered from them and did not receive the item. Shipping status shows as being prepared to ship and this is over a month after ordering. They don't reply to emails and refuse to refund my money. total scam!

still waiting!

I placed the order on 12/6. It is now 12/15 and have yet to receive an email indicating the order has shipped. So I actually cannot rate the product yet since I do not have it - however it has taken an extraordinarily long time to ship and there has been no communication from the company about the delay.

It is pretty good I love the aesthetic…

It is pretty good I love the aesthetic but the phone case is kinda slippery... but it’s not a huge issue I just went from a really textured phone case to this one.
