An experience that made me feel like a plan was made for me, not just some customer.
I think what stood out most with my meeting with Marie and her trainee (sorry, I'm terrible with names and don't remember her name), was the vast level of knowledge available. I admit I knew very little going in, and can confidently say that I understand so much better what my options are and how well suited they are to my personal situation. I know that if getting my policy was an online process, I would not have so comprehensive coverage of what best suits my needs. I did not feel like I was being pressured to get something because it was the best plan, but instead informed about what was best for me and my family specifically. I really appreciated that.
